I'm personally in a business to make money, so I focus on what makes me money.

I focus on people, because team work and customers equal money in the pocket. I give service above my self interest, on demand, as needed, and above expectations. I believe the lives we impact need to be on both sides of the register so that means a huge investment in developing a team of professionals and teaching them these service skills.

Since I am focused on MONEY I am focused on TripleClicks Sales.

I see too many building their business counting 100% on their PSA placing standing orders and ignoring 100,000 products from 6700 vendors that are waiting for affiliates to promote them.

Since I am focused on Money I am focused on recruiting more ECA. Currently around 15-18% of my earnings each month are off royalties on my referred ECA. My goal is to recruit hundreds of sellers to cover all product possibilities and create competition that will drive prices down and sales up.

Since juggling all these moving parts can be a chore one URL at a time, I blog.

I blog about marketing and business, crafts and hobbies, food and family, health and leisure. I blog occasionally a review for a product or group of products used to satisfy a need. A Great example is the fact I have now been diagnosed with Diabetes and I will soon do an article promoting info products and supplies for diabetics.

The world is mine to capture and share the wonders of TripleClicks and SFI.

I would say the best actions to focus on first would be all your actions that earn you free Versa Points. Since VP determines your rank and income level, making sure you earn those free ones might make the difference between reaching the next rank you can or not.

Focusing on those daily actions might also help you develop the habits you need to keep successfully building your SFI business.

Next, however, is that you must focus on advertising. You need to find customers for your store, whether they are PSA's or PRM's.

You have to find the best advertising places that work for you, and that comes with taking action by researching where and how to advertise.

And once you get some PSA's that are active, focus on helping them to achieve success by answering any questions they have and encouraging them as best you can.

Ultimately, the best overall actions are those that will motivate your downline to follow your lead.

This is the right question. The answer is focus on actions that generate income. There are 3 basic principles of SFI: Sales, Growth, and Support. Sales are paramount since without them we all might as well go play fetch with the dog! There is no other purpose that is more important. We all are here at SFI to make money so generate sales and you will. Affiliates ask all the time how do I sale TripleClicks products? There are endless ways to introduce prospects to TripleClicks products but the way I prefer is with permission based marketing. Everyone of us have at least 200 acquaintances and they have 200 acquaintances. Multiply that my 10 and you have enough people in your social circle to sale anything. The gift card program works like a charm using the right approach and drip marketing. There is a contact manager and you can send 10 E-cards everyday. Remind people of birthday gifts, anniversaries, special occasions, etc that will call for a need to shop for a dear friend, acquaintance, or family member.

The next action to focus on is growth. When you can effectively lead a group of people to sale products then that's more earning potential. Simply put if I sale 1 then I get paid for 1. But if I have 10 people that sale 1, then I get paid for the 1 I sale then 45% of CV on 10 more! Having an active network allows you to leverage your time and efforts to get even more sales.

Finally you must support your team. Help them achieve their goals first. When you do, your team will reward you with even more sales! Those team members that excel reward them. Those team members that struggle offer your assistance. Be accessible and visible to your team and always lead by example.

In SFI business, the best actions to focus on are actions which directly or indirectly generate income for you. Check out these ones.

1. To-Do Lists. Your daily, weekly and monthly actions on the to-do list helps to earn vital VersaPoints which cumulatively translate to income at the end of the month.

2. Duplication. This is by way of recruiting PSAs to deepen your downline. The activities of these PSAs up to 12 levels down helps to generate commissions directly for you and also helps to accumulate matching VP which also translate to income.

3. Advertising. This way, you do things which help to advertise and promote your SFI and TripleClicks Gateways very widely. These efforts help in duplication and increased sales which generate income for you.

As we view the rate of sign-up, the growth is voluminous.
While SFI Affiliates provides a complete internet home-based internet training for free, only a few of the new sign-ups continue to grab this opportunity of learning for free. This does not give a good image for all of us who are affiliates of SFI.

I think we have to focus on reading, reviewing and understanding the 3 Ultimate Basics Plan. In any race, there is always a starting point. Learning the 3 Ultimate Basics Plan is the starting here in SFI. Focus ourselves on the 3 Ultimate Basics Plan for us to be "a great mentor" to people we invite to join us.

There is one common purpose why we and our downlines join SFI: "To earn income to uplift our standard of living."

How can we be a great mentor to people we recruit if we ourselves do not know how to earn?
Monetary earnings will follow if we have mastered the 3 Ultimate Basic Plan and pass on what we have learned to our downlines.

The Ultimate Basics Plan in SFI Affiliates is actually simple. Focus ourselves on:
1. Learning how to earn which includes logging with SFI Affiliates and doing the routines;
2. Recruiting (posting ads) and
3. Mentoring (passing on what we have learned to our downline for them to duplicate what we have done).

The best actions to focus on are those which will help you achieve the goals you set for yourself when you joined SFI or the goals you now have for yourself, as goals can change; basically, what you view as success. Many will state logging in daily, ensuring you complete the daily tabs to earn VersaPoints, play some Eager Zebra Games for more VersaPoints, advertise to gain sign ups and build your team are the best actions to focus on. Although these are important, they are not the complete picture. We need to look at everything which will help us achieve our goal/success.

I will use my own main goal when I initially signed up for SFI as an example of what I mean by looking at the complete picture.

My main goal: To Get Out of Debt.

What I am doing:
-Log in every day to SFI and review the daily tabs; in turn I claim the daily VersaPoints.
-Read through the Forum on topics which will help improve skills that will help me grow my business, such as online marketing, Pricebender Auctions, as well as other topics.
-Participate in ASK SC.
-Do some advertising as best I can; I am still learning, since I have not done this before.
-Invest SFI's commissions into business, by purchasing TripleClicks items, along with TCredits, which allows me to participate in Eager Zebra Games, which in turn allows me to win more TCredits to utilize in Pricebender Auctions.
-Sticking to budget created to stop going further into debt and to pay off debt!
-Ensure I am not going further into debt, by no eating out, no unplanned entertainment (outside of budget), no purchases outside of budget, being creative in entertainment for 7 y/o child, such as finding free classes to engage in within the community.

Through reading the above list, you will note there are steps which do not include SFI/TripleClicks items. However, they are vital to my success within this business and achieving my main goal of getting out of debt, which is part of why I joined SFI; basically, how I will know I achieved success. If I continue to accumulate debt, then I am defeating myself and ensuring I will never see success.

Therefore, the best actions to focus on will be whatever actions will help you achieve the goal you set for yourself to achieve success. Some of these actions will be outside of SFI/TripleClicks, but will complement actions you are doing in your business and are vital to your business success. Do not overlook those actions as well.
