If you think what is the best action to focus on to build my business the answer on that question is very much depends on you and your goals.I can tell you what is the best actions on what I focus my work.
1. Build the team
-with team my job gain stability and my earnings become real
2. Promote job opportunity with SFI as much as can
2.1 Promote TripleClicks store
2.2 Promote Pricebenders auctions and Eager Zebra games
2.3 Promote W3
- all of this on number 2 is important for me because this is marketing
business and we all need customers and customers need products and fun

my prospects.
This is my short list of most important actions what I see that is the best for me .Maybe somebody else has some different best actions and for you is good to read also that answer but the most best move is to talk with your sponsor or upline because he/she know what is really best for you because they are succeed and you're in that team.

3. Teach your 5 Affiliates to do the same 3-steps.

Focus on accumulating VersaPoints-

. Never miss a day doing your Daily-To-Do actions.
. Never forget to do your Weekly actions.
. Never forget to do your Monthly tasks, never put off setting up a Standing Order to make it easier to become EA and maintain it every month; always set your goals at the start of the month; and never, ever forget to submit your Ratings for your Sponsor/Co-Sponsor/SFI and miss out on earning 10 VP.

Firstly, always focus on maximising your 'free' VersaPoints.. In other words log in daily, do all your daily, weekly and monthly actions. This is a foundation for your SFI business and will help you get to know it better too if you are new to SFI.

Secondly, focus on anything that brings duplication about! Once you have even 1 team member, become the best team leader that you can be! Even if you aren't an official 'team leader' status yet. SFI only makes sense if you are building team. Even if you only want to focus on TripleClicks sales, look at your signed up TC members as your team! Use your MOVERS tab to see who is active, and your genealogy to manage all your downline. Keep in contact, build relationships and keep training and encouraging them.

Thirdly, focus on reading and learning! Factor learning into your goals, and keep aiming to learn more, whatever level you are!

Lastly, focus on what interests you most and KISS (keep it simple stupid!). Don't try to run before you can walk! Even the longest journey starts with me step, followed by another, and another.... The steps themselves aren't remarkable in any way, but together they can form an incredible journey!

Complicated things can come later, at the right time! For now, focus on what excites you, makes sense to you and what stretches you without seeming impossible!

Every affiliate who signed up, for reasons such as, to improve standard of living, supplement income etc., would need to have a business strategic plan to implement in order to reach his/her goal. It is also very important to understand the very foundation of your SFI business in order to know what are the best actions, you'll need to focus on if your SFI business is to succeed.

The best actions to focus on:

- Education

You'll need to consistently widen your knowledge base. Allocate time to learn and implement SFI tools and how you can take advantage of SFI resources. Continually updating your skills will help you greatly in growing your SFI business.

- Duplication

Duplication is where you start propelling your SFI business. If you want to succeed in SFI, you'll need to commit in building your team. You'll need to implement a marketing plan to ensure you have continual source of sign-ups. The process of duplication involves a lot of actions which includes generating leads, driving traffic to your website/blog, training and supporting your team, etc.

Once you have learned and established these series and sequence of actions you can start refining the process (Improving and Implementation).

The best actions to focus on in order are:

1. Become FAST TRACK MEMBER if they are brand new affiliates. It gives them 750 VP towards EA qualification among all the other goodies Fast Track gives them.

2. DAILY ACTIONS. If you do not do the Daily Actions every day without fail you will not succeed in SFI. Obviously everyone will miss the occasional day but it should only be for exceptional circumstances. You learn so much about SFI, and improve your chances of success so much more from this simple requirement. Just opening up ASK SC every day teaches you so much that will help you succeed. No days missed = 360 - 372 AVP a month and is a huge help to qualifying/re-qualifying EA. Everything in SFI follows on from this.

3. Set up STANDING ORDER for 1500 Sales VP so you automatically requalify as EA every month. It also gives you 100 Action VP - handy if going for team leader. Most affiliates go for TCredits - 125 Pack to do this as this gives the 1500 VP without thinking about it. However for your long term success in SFI, which involves duplication, your 1500 VP could be had, if you can afford it, with 3 x S-Builder Co-op shares for 840 VP and TCredits - 50 Pack for 694 VP a total of 1534 VP. I would go this route or some other combination of TCredits and S-Builder Co-op Shares as it will build your team with quality PSA's.

4. Use your T-Credits to play KNOCKOUT TRIVIA or other games where not only do you collect VP for playing, you could also win more TCredits. Even if you don't win TCredits it is amazing how quickly MRP accumulate and these can be used to buy more TCredits or as I do, more S-Builder Co-op shares. Do not use your TCredits for Auctions unless you have a minimum of 200. You will only waste them.

I am going to address this question by focusing on those actions that affiliates need to focus on after they have completed those actions under Getting Started, Launchpad and Intermediate sections.
1. Often overlooked but indispensable to those affiliates who want to maximize their earnings and increase their action VersaPoints (AVPs) are the DAILY ACTIONS which earn affiliates on average 360 AVPs every month

2. Monthly actions amount to 115 AVPs

3. Weekly Actions can earn at least 152 AVPs or a maximum of 190 AVPs for the months that carry five weeks

These three categories are a no-brainer that require only the effort to log on everyday and do the actions and to set up a Standing Order of at least 1,500 VPs. That is a total of 665AVPs that requires basic effort.

Affiliates should also prioritise TripleClicks where they can earn unlimited points and commissions through sales and the ECA Program. Advertising is a critical must learn and do skill to guarantee the huge potential that is inherent in the business. Some of us may start at a snail's pace learning the ropes of online and offline marketing to grow our business. This is the heart of the business and concentrated effort must be made to acquire the skills and know how in order to be effective in getting the most out of these actions.

No affiliate who is serious about building a great business should ignore the actions under Team Leadership and Support. Here again unlimited points and can be earned. Expanding your downline to get depth is critical to ensuring sustainability. You are only as strong as your team. Daily, weekly and monthly actions will take about 1 hour tops per day; Spend another 1 1/2 hours advertising and another 1 hour per day with your team communicating, training and self improvement/research so you can help your team. Three and a half hours per day to build a great business- that is part time by any stretch of the imagination and well worth the investment. You could also choose the best days to advertise such as Tuesdays and Wednesdays rather than everyday.

The answer to this question will be varied because it depends on what level you are hoping to attain and where you are presently e.g whether you are a Team Leader or a new affiliate. A new affiliate needs to focus on the getting started actions, launch pad and Fast Track. Focus on logging in everyday and getting the hang of the business. Once you complete your daily tasks and maintain your Executive Affiliate status each month you can spend your time building a dynamic business and be on your way to success.

If you are a team leader your focus should be on building a dynamic team. You can build a team of active affiliates through duplication. Advertise on free or paid sites regularly. Make it your goal and use your blog/website to promote SFI. Teach your team members to do just as you do. Be supportive and maintain open communication. You will want to ensure that you use your gateways wisely to draw traffic and have a flow of individuals who would sign up. Focus on adding fresh content to your website. Make your articles interesting and be consistent in your delivery.

Along with developing your team, you could focus on improving your sales performance. Build as large a group of PRMs as you can and direct them to your TripleClicks store. Items that you use on a regular basis can be purchased via a standing order. Be aggressive in promoting products to your friends and encourage repeat purchases. Share new products with them. Post interesting items on your blog or website to create interest. Always look for opportunities to generate sales. When you encourage others to buy you can create income for years to come.

Excellent Queston! SFI has so many ways of earning money and VersaPoints that it can be bewildering. I take the position that you should be doing things that will build your income long term.

My suggestions:

Earn monthly VersaPoints (VP). They fill several purposes. They are where your qualifications for Executive Affiliate (EA) and Team Leader (TL) positions come from. They are a major source of income when you are earning lots of them via matching. Develop the habit of logging in daily, clearing the red tabs and learning something new, along with earning a minimum of 10 Action VP per day, and enter the Daily Grand. Action VP are needed in addition to Purchase VP as you qualify for Bronze Team Leader (BTL) and above. You want that qualification since it gives you Matching VP from your downline. Do not worry about Team Leader status until you have a few EA2 downline affiliates, as you do not get Matching VP until they are EA2. Setting up a 1500+ VP Standing Order is critical to getting the VP that you need for your own EA2 qualification each month and to set an example for your downline.

Personally Enrolled Affiliates earn you money from Direct Commissions and when they qualify as EA2 status, they propel you to Team Leader status and matching VP. You need a constant flow of new PSA in order to find the diamonds among the rocks. Every PSA says that say that they want to earn money, but over 90% will not do anything to earn it. SFI requires long term effort before the money starts to flow and the something-for-nothing crowd is most of what you will see. Greet every PSA and offer to mentor each and every one, then do so with the 1% who reply.

I decided that I will buy an S-Builder share a month, buy some TCredits every month, participate in PriceBender auctions for stuff I want, for PSAs. My standing order gets me 2000 VP which is the max I can use towards BTL each month. I am working on getting several EA2 qualified downline affiliates, as the VP from them will help me towards BTL. I am committed to doing this for 2 years, then re-evaluating. I am trying to get a PSA a day.

Depending on the time you have to advertise, and how your life is going, you will have to make your own decisions. PSA that have decided to build a business and are making a small investment each month are what will propel you to a decent income. Learning to find and then motivate those PSA is where your money will come from.

Just my opinion of course, but I think there are 2 best actions to focus on. The first and most important one is team building. This includes both PSAs and CSAs. These can be bought, recruited by advertsing or gifted. The larger your team, the chances of getting some good, hard working members is highly likely. The more working members you have, the higher your income. In saying this, don’t forget to be an Awesome Sponsor. You must think of others and not just yourself.

The second important action to focus on is TripleClicks. Selling and buying from TripleClicks should be high on the list of things for you to do. Anything you want to buy, look for it first in the TripleClicks store. Advertise products for sale. You can do this by both paid and free advertising. Get your own website and list some TripleClicks products for sale. Finally, sign up some ECAs. Just remember, any of your PSAs who make a purchase from the TripleClicks store, you receive 45% of the CV. Any of your CSAs who make a purchase you receive 15% of the CV.

Lastly, get one or more SBuilder units. Why have I included this in an action to focus on? Because when your delivery is made, some of the incoming members will go to PSAs but some will also go to being TripleClicks members. These are your members for life so any time in the future they make a purchase, you receive the commission.

In summary……Recruit or buy PSAs and utilise TripleClicks for sales and purchases.

1) If you mean, "What should I do to earn the most VersaPoints?" the answer is obvious: You can accrue the most VersaPoints through TripleClicks sales and purchases, and 2000 of those go directly to your title for the month, so this is probably the most crucial of the "best actions" that you can take. If you build an active team of PSAs beneath you, this will pretty much take care of itself, so recruiting active affiliates is also one of your "best actions." Logging in every day and running through your daily, weekly, and monthly actions are also key to building your Action VersaPoints, so you should definitely do that, but your sales, promotions, and recruiting are still your best actions.

2) If you mean, "What are the best ways I can promote TripleClicks?" the best actions are going to be those that share your referral links to products you can sell with enough honesty and sincerity to encourage people to buy. For me, it's the diet, health, and nutrition products because I have successfully used them to lose weight, and that means I can speak to their effectiveness. The links those products wind up in regular communication and shared with friends, family, and even strangers. Next to that, your gateway links also provide ready-made tools that enable you to get new PRMs and ECAs to sign up.

3) If you mean, "What are the best ways I can sign up active affiliates?" that will depend on your recruiting style. By far, I prefer face-to-face recruiting, direct social networking with others, because then I can guide people directly through the process of signing up and even through the Fast Track program, and that assures continued activity. Some people prefer more "automated" methods, like PSAs To Go or the S-Builder Co-Op, and if you have enough money to throw at those (as opposed to time to invest in people), it might be more effective for you.

4) If you mean, "What should I do every day?" I recommend inhaling and exhaling first and foremost, followed by eating, drinking, and so on... There are additional things worth getting your focus onto here, as well, including building a positive mental attitude and developing communication skills, but I could go on quite a while with respect to specifics here.
