This is very hard question because if you push so hard maybe your PSA's think that you only want to sell them this stuff and they don't recognize the value of it and on another side if you don't give them a offer they maybe can think that is something which is not for them.Hard thing. From my point you first must to know that your new PSA's is new to this business and there is so so so much information for them in that moment.
Maybe just to give them a wright information where you explain a benefits from this new package (VP,MRP,TC for biding for mobile ...) and give them some time to understand what this benefits gives him/her and then try another time.It's not good to push something but sometimes works very well.Every PSA is unique because it is a person.If you see that he/she is ready to start up quickly to build their business then push if they need slow approach than don't push.Only you know your PSA's.

If you think what is the best action to focus on to build my business the answer on that question is very much depends on you and your goals.I can tell you what is the best actions on what I focus my work.
1. Build the team
-with team my job gain stability and my earnings become real
2. Promote job opportunity with SFI as much as can
2.1 Promote TripleClicks store
2.2 Promote Pricebenders auctions and Eager Zebra games
2.3 Promote W3
- all of this on number 2 is important for me because this is marketing
business and we all need customers and customers need products and fun
so I join this things together.
3. Open my ECA store and contact another store owners to open their own ECA also as
my prospects.
This is my short list of most important actions what I see that is the best for me .Maybe somebody else has some different best actions and for you is good to read also that answer but the most best move is to talk with your sponsor or upline because he/she know what is really best for you because they are succeed and you're in that team.
- No matter what action you do or who you are if you do it with clean heart,good will, open mind and dream in focus you'll succeed unless your action hurt somebody or somebody's job -

This is very good question and answer on that will be the answer for 1M$.

For new PSA or CSA is the vital sign Fast-Track and question what they ask because from question you can see is they are the reader or just a tourist here but don't be a judge because everybody has different activation point.You work with the workers, sing lullaby to sleepers and stay away from dreamstealers.

From my POV the main thing for little older PSA or CSA (couple of days or weeks) is daily tasks (TO-DO list)because if you can't come in your office every day to work simple thing and introduce yourself with news about your team job and with company news,visit your store to do simple games,shoping or visiting your own ECA store than what you can do.
It takes small amount of time from your day but can give you much more.

For the ones older than month good sign is to become EA2 or BTL and a very vital sign for you and for them is the badge TC MEMBER 1500VP SO.It can be interpret like investment but I rather like to look at SO as the signal to my sponsor and uplines that I'm the one who will be another team leader in their team and for my team it will be the sign that they can follow my steps because I duplicate rules of success from my uplines to me and can transfer it to downlines.

This is only my view and there is another views but you must find your own way to recognize the signals from your PSA's on how fasts or strong they want to work because we are all unique.

First thing is to recognize that You can do nothing about that by force and overnight.
Every one of us has different point or time of activation.
Try to inform this PSA what is the benefits from recruiting other affiliates for his/her work and what is really duplication means and how it can helps he/she to build better fast growing team.
If You explain the benefits of recruiting and duplication to PSA and he/she still don't want to do job leave that PSA alone for some time when he/she adopt the informations and recognize the opportunity what he/she has in hands.

Give your team members what they can recieve but on same time You work on level what you can and it will motivate them to duplicate the same or what they can.

This is very good question.
First thing is to promote what is on TC.Explore the offer on TC and promote some product or group of products on web or your page,than You can promote auctions and games.
Second thing to earn more from Your SFI bussines is to build team ,set up SO , follow the Rules of Success and duplicate this.Lead by example.
This is the simple rules to succeed and earn from the work.

This is very good and very basic question.In my opinion many active persons in this business ask themselves same question.The answer may vary from one person to another depends on what he/she need in that moment.
If they need money than promote TC and Prizebenders,W3 much more lets say 70% and rest you can spend on your team.If you need PSA's than concentrate on marketing about 80% of your time.If you have active members of your team than focus on them with 50% of your time (training,communication) and 40% use for marketing and 10% of your time look through your window to sky,clouds,threes,grassland ...etc, because You,Your present team and Your future team need a grounded leader not burn out leader.
As You can see percentage may vary from moment to moment and from situation to situation it's all on you to decide what percentage you'll use but always calculate Yourself in that % .You know what is your needs for specific time and what is the needs of your team.

How much time?
This is very good question but the answer is not simple.Why?
If somebody can answer on this with right math he can also pick the jackpot on lottery.

For example how much of time you spend on your regular job and for what profit?
From my opinion you must spend just from one to five hours per day to build profitable business but it also depends on what you'll do in SFI and with what result and without team this is hard job.

If you only check your to do list and nothing else than you must spend about 397,9 hours per day to make it profitable but if you do your daily tasks,play games,promote your business on merketing sites,read launchpad,forum and other marketing stuff form SFI if you build team and place yourself as a team leader who lead by example than time is no matter but it will takes you about two or three hours per day which is not too much because it is for your freedom.You can use another powerful technique and this is d u p l i c a t i o n (about this you can also find in marketing materials on SFI site).
Why is duplication so powerful?
Look at this as at math.Just calculate.If you spend two hours per day (daily tasks,reading,advertising) and find only two person who duplicate what you doing you'll have a team who spend about 6 hours per day on that job.Calculate for yourself how much hours per day you team will spend with 12 level on depth if you have only two who duplicate what you do and they forward it to downline.
From your two hours and two PSA that can look like a profitable business.
Invest in yourself,learn,do daily,duplicate,lead by example,invest in team and you can't miss the result.
