If I am new in SFI, I will be reading and reading and reading a lot of materials on marketing and SFI. And if reading is not enough, I will ask my team leaders, the SFI community through Forum and Ask SC of what my personal and specific questions on things I do not understand yet completely.

We can not teach what we do not have.

But we should also be humble to accept that we do not know everything that is why we can also ask them.

For SFI - SFI basics and Launchpad

Your question is a scenario of the importance of reading and learning soon after signing up and before sponsoring.

To help a PSA needing guidance there are lots of training material at SFI that can be used to guide them. Direct them to the specific training pages with the links to them. These are some main links that can be used, since you are both new direct him/her to:
-Launchpads
-Getting Started

-The ASK SC questions
-The Forum

Hard work and a lot of asking for help are the only viable options here.

As a new member to SFI and new to marketing, I strongly advice against recruiting immediately. It puts a lot of pressure on yourself. It is also unfair to the PSA that you have recruited as he may not get the correct and full guidance he deserves. May get frustrated and leave. May sully SFI's reputation.

The only viable options that I can suggest are:

- Get up to speed yourself. Learn as

If you are new in SFI, give your maximum time possible to read and understand all the materials available in SFI. It is very important that you understand SFI very well so that you can give good support to your PSA.

After you understand SFI properly, concentrate on appointing more PSA. When you PSA is new in SFI, they would need your support. Help your PSA understand SFI by referring them to START, SFI BASICS and LAUNCHPAD. Also tell your PSA that you are here to assist them and answer

Since yourself became Affiliate before his PSA, you have had more time to study the SFI.

Besides, are often new to SFI doesn't mean are less experienced in marketing and internet marketing programs, selling programs, managing a team of people and etc.

You must read, participate in the Forum, go through the archives, read the various articles and training materials SFI if you want to really understand the business, and your team steer in the right direction. And then all this

If you are new and getting started in SFI you can manage it if you are serious in nature, in your work and having a sound confidence. You can help a new PSA who needs guidance regarding SFI, TC marketing etc. in the following way

As a new affiliate first you need to read and study thoroughly the training matters, SFI news, Launch pad, SFI Basics. Save it in your memory as soon as you can after your joining in SFI

Though it is not possible to study SFI training library in a shortest

Fairly new and no knowledge makes the confidence to lead a downline successfully crumble easily.
BUT learning is the greatest key for both of you:

Make sure to learn and repeat a few lessons and training pages each day, visit the forums and discuss with other affiliates what you learned and where you feel you still need to learn more.

For a good start with your new downline member, you can either duplicate how your sponsor welcomed you or get a few additional ideas from

This is a very good question that attracts good answers for all starters.

My input is this:
- You and the new PSA should endeavor to log on to your Homepage everyday and do your reviews of the red tabs to earn yourselves not less than 11 VP everyday. It is also important to note that these 11 VPs are lost permanently if you miss that of any day, whereas they build your scores up and also your growth in the program. This does not cost you a dime, but a few minutes of your time.

Hello Vilim, the following are useful:

1. First thing is to contact your upline leaders with the request of your PSA for solution.
2. Point the attention of the PSA to the 'Getting Started' feature at the SFI home page on more clues to his/her request.
3. You must go through the training materials in detail yourself, so you can answer future questions.
4. Emphasize on the use of the FORUM to obtain answers to questions from the SFI community.
5. Emphasize on the use
