With due respect to you my friend,as an SFI team leader, having a downline team,my advice or take on this view is to,do support and assist them in every possible way, certainly it would be good to know that they are active, even though the may not want to recruit or duplicate now, give them the time and space to educate themselves so as for them to feel more confident to do in the near future,it has also become so easy for them by way of SFI ,once they can afford PSA on-the go.do allow them the time

In this situation, I believe you are talking about PSAs who are only interested in the sales side of the business. They are keep to refer new TripleClicks members, and perhaps to open their own ECA store.

Encourage them in this!

SFI is an affiliate program, and good affiliates can make a lot of money by promoting TripleClicks. If that's the route they want to go down, it isn't your job to try and force them to do something they're not comfortable with. If they have lots of

What should I do? There are lots of things you should do.

Open a co-cop backed by one unit os S-Builder for every 3 EA's you assign to it.Make it free to them.No free entry unless they get to 1500 versa points each month.

Why just EA? Good chance they will stay if you are giving them referrals.Give them a small gift certificate to go along with it so they can join Wave3.

As they progress to EA2,SFI will place referrals too.

In this business since

Firstly, have they said they don't want to recruit PSAs, or are you guessing that? Either way, try to find out the real reasons... Maybe they think they will need a lot of money to recruit, or they don't know enough about SFI yet, or they don't think they have the skills to build a team yet... There can be many different reasons so try to understand them as an individual.

Secondly, never make them feel guilty! Ultimately it's each person's choice what they do and how they want to develop

This is good question what bother most of us who are in the same situation.
First thing is to recognize that You can do nothing about that by force and overnight.
Every one of us has different point or time of activation.
Try to inform this PSA what is the benefits from recruiting other affiliates for his/her work and what is really duplication means and how it can helps he/she to build better fast growing team.
If You explain the benefits of recruiting and duplication to PSA

HI Bob,
I think we all work at our own pace, and some of us are not that confident in starting out - so, hesitate to want to have PSAs to begin with. Not a bad idea perhaps when we consider just how much there is to learn about SFI at first.

For others, it takes a while for the 'penny to drop', that one of the major income earning streams of SFI is from duplication. In fact, duplication is probably the 'key' to great things.

So, I would recommend you let your 'affiliates'

Please don't be anoyed , answer this question with sincerityof mind.Did you recuirtment PSA?If you are doing it your follwer will follow you.If you are not doing it they will not.Well teach them your own way of growing your business i.e. how you see duplication.
1.Let all your PSA read at least a book on marketing or MLM every month . I will give you sugget book below
2.Let your PSA know that the life is in 4 Quadrants as stated by

SFI is the same as the rest of the internet: You can't really force anyone to do anything. You can only offer to help, offer to teach, and generally offer to provide support and encouragement, but those that don't accept have already chosen their lot.
When SFI can provide us with a Big Red Button that lets us shock our teams into action, I'll be thrilled, but until then, you can only settle for what a given affiliate does or doesn't do. Some will opt out, some will time out due to inactivity,

Usually there is a reason for PSA's not to get involved in duplication.
1) they don't understand the concept of the importance and impact it has on their business
2) their family is shunning them (or some other horrible negative actions imposed towards them because of operating a home business).
3) they don't have contacts to invite to the business, money to invest in purchased PSA's, or new to advertising and network marketing

I recommend teaching, coaching, and gently

Well I guess like the saying that goes You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink likewise as much as we cannot force or pressure PSAs who are not too keen to recruit other or duplicate via sponsoring and promoting but we can be a good role model and set and show the way and create an COOP to encourage and motivate those who are open minded and understand the power of leverage via COOPs , joint sales, adverting and marketing n promotional activities as well as encourage them to take
