There is nothing that you can do with PSAs that do not want to recruit affiliates or engage. People like to do business with people they know and trust. If your PSA is disengaged it simply means that they don't believe in SFI, you, or possibly themselves.

May I suggest that you welcome your PSAs within the first 24 hours of signing and affirm their decision to join your team. Assure them that you are there to help them reach their goals and that your agenda is to work with them if

Admittedly, recruiting and duplication is a must to have a successful business. But perhaps you should understand your PSA first. What is his or her reason for joining SFI? Maybe sales is his/her forte? Then you can teach him/her to promote TripleClicks and get commissions through PRMs.

Or are they business owners with a store? Then promote the ECA programme to them. That might be the advert that caught their eyes in the first place.

Or maybe you PSA is the shy kind? Is not

Whatever you do, do not give up and do not make the affiliate feel uncomfortable about what he is doing. Just keep on gently encouraging him. Include him in all your postings and messages explaining why we need to keep on recruiting affiliates, what duplication is and it great benefits.

You do not want him feeling pressured but you do want him to fully understand why these activities are beneficial. He needs to realise that for his business to grow he needs to recruit affiliates and

Hi Bob,

I am sure a lot of the people joining are not wanting to find people to bring into SFI. When they join they have no clue what they are joining and when it is sharing the business with others this makes them very shy and they start to back off.

When members join they either have the get up and go or they need to be pushed. I try to work with the first bunch because I know I can relate to them more. They get the whole picture of the business and the different ways to earn

Definitely, most of the affiliates do not know the importance of building a team: sponsoring or duplication, often most of the affiliates trying or worrying to earn lucrative, residual income from SFI without understanding the concept of the business.
We should being a sponsor of their, educate them how they can earn better with SFI, establish themselves as a successful businessman/ ECA: what are the methods of increasing/creating earning? what are the importance of sponsoring and the mean of

There may be some reasons that cause PSAs not to recruit or engage in duplication; they do not know how, do not have the resources or/and are here for different reasons, so what you do with each category of these PSAs differ:

1. Those who do not know how should be guided accordingly by encouraging and helping them to the sponsoring methods here: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/SponsoringTraining
Apart from these theoretical training materials, guide them also to ECAs and TC direct

The best thing you can do for affiliates who do not want to recruit/duplicate other affiliates is continue to send them your weekly newsletters, team mails, etc.

You cannot force people in SFI to do that which they do not care to do, it's not our way! Rather, encourage them to fish for Personally Recruited Members to TripleClicks.

They can buy advertising for PRMs, post flyers, other things that will not involve face-to-face work, but they - and you - can grow a team of sorts,

SFI core concept is based on duplication, consistently sponsoring affiliates in order to become successful in venturing this business. Before deciding to take action on what you should do with your PSAs who don't engage in duplication, make sure that you establish the facts about their activities and behaviour in venturing their SFI business. If you make a hasty conclusion about them, it would hamper the growth of your SFI business.

Hi Bob,

I'd tell them it's okay - there are other possibilities to earn with SFI that may suit them better, but they shouldn't write of sponsoring completely since it is the best way to earn money even with several years to come.

When getting started, most PSAs don't have confidence in getting sign ups or even less becoming a good Teamleader. Also most have to make sure first that SFI is not a scam and only benefits them. Both are reasons for us sponsors to guide them the best

I would let them know that they are missing out on a very lucrative component of their business. The team-building side of SFI is the powerhouse of creating leveraged and residual income for their future.

I think it is probably not that they don't want to, but more that they are not confident in their team-building skills yet.

From my own experience, I think you can be cautious about recruiting people who you know, until you are absolutely certain that the business works. You
