In short, welcome him and try to motivate him.Don't make the mistake of asking him or her why he or she is not active since just let him or her know that you are there for him or her and that if he or she os havinng problem or any unclear things he oe she should feel free to get in touch with you.Let him or her trust you and always respond to her question in time , be free to let him or know your stand to her or his question.I means if he or she asked a question you don't have answer to tell hom or her the truth.
Let him or her know how to make use of ASK SC and forum.
Be prepared he may have lots of queations and things to cleariy from you please always respond on time to any question asked.
Lastly, let her go through the lunchpad over again and tell her to follow every instruction the and do it.

How can I help a PSA become a Team Leader when he or she does not have a credit card?

Well make sure that, that PSA has atleast two downlines if not five before he or she become TL.
For not having credit card that is small thing if he or she is ready to pay you that have credit card.All you just need to do is to purchase it for him or her.
Another way to that is this, let him or her open paypal account and find a mean of paying into paypal account then use the paypal account to purchase for him or her.
You can even use your card to make payment to his or her paypal account.
Finally, make sure the person is not dubious in characte. Also let him her pay into your account the equavlent amount of the thing he or she want to buy with the charges (that is) if you must use your card to make payment for her.
You can as well check for other means of payment that sfimg accept in making payment..

Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

Well permit me to answer the question in two ways:
1.If the affiliate is the type that understand the rule of the game which is duplication.In any MLM i have researched into i find out that the only key to make it there is to explore the power of.duplication failure to do that and pass it to your downlines means complete failure and on your parts and that of your downlines.
So,please tell him or her the power house /major means of breaking through in mlm.
2.If the person is ready to spend money on sfimg .How by buying downlines from sdimg not others i can speak of that of sfimg PSA.and he/she will have to buy it many times also follow them up prompty and not given up on them untill they all take step to become either EA ,or EA2..He or she must also do what have said up 'duplication' he/she must let them know that too and it must become unchanging culture which must be passed to other downlines that is done well am sure the person will break even on it.
Finally, he/she must be up yo task because if it failled to work out they the person think of hos uplone will bear the responssibility and lion share of the blame in fact that person may not like joinong any MLM for life please take it with cuasion while advising your PSA on this issue ,do it with seriousness be ready to stay with him/her within tick and thin of it.Also ready to assigin downlines to him/her whether success or failure is recorded for your PSA to want to take that step he/she is determined to.succed.
