To Initiate a conversation with anyone
You need to start by introducing yourself properly.

Get to know your PSA properly very important, because people have different perception

Then you talk about HIM let the discussion be entirely about him, throwing in clue question, to understand his purpose and reason of signing up and how he intend to achieve that.

If clueless like I was when I first started out be the one to navigate the discussion to suit him, not to

"When you initiate an online chat with a new PSA, what should you discuss?"

1) First thing is to introduce who you are. Try to connect as a friend, instead of business partner. This is to gain their trust and respect, in a long run. When you are online with them, try not to confuse them with the typical info on the business opportunity. Instead, you should focus on giving quality information. Share your successes and failures. Ask questions. Answer questions. You can post

Before initiating an online chat with a new PSA it is a good idea to review the PSA's VP Ledger. Take note as to what the PSA has or has not started.

Then when you begin talking with the PSA you can give compliments and advice based on their current activity. It is a good idea to let the PSA lead the conversation so you will be helping them with what they need.

We who are experienced in SFI know that it takes time and knowledge to develop our business, so we can start to introduce

HI Patricia!

First of all,I give my new PSAs my e mail address,FB and skype, because it is much easier to communicate with them. And,when you share your FB profile they will trust you more.
Then I explain them in short what is SFI about. I tell them to read SFI basics and Launchpad lessons day by day.
I don't tell them a lot of about SFI because there is a lot of information and they will be confused.
I instruct them to start by performing daily, weekly and monthly actions,to

I remember when I first signed up to SFI and how I felt so overwhelmed by all the information. I didn't know where to go or what to focus on at first, even though all the information was right in front of me at the time.

I remember wishing I had some direction from someone. A guide to assure me that what I clicked on next was the best thing to do. I wished I could ask questions when I got stuck but due to my being in a different part of the world our times are so different and this

The communication is the most important to keep your PSA or CSA. Try to make it as soon as possible.
Help him start, use your experience, point on mistakes you possibly made first days, mention fast track, offer to be online with him/her during registration.
Be totally friendly, let him/her feel comfortable chat with you.

Suggest him/her your strategy if it is successful, try to find out his/her expectations, and show him in real how it is going on.

Try to let him/her

When you talk of a "new PSA" I presume that you mean one that has joined SFI recently or within a few days of joining, you are having this chat.

We tend to be very excited to share details about SFI immediately we have a new sign up and this is where the trouble starts. We overwhelm the PSA with such a lot of detail and this can have a negative result. So be careful what you discuss in your chat.

From my experience,

a) I would first try and hear what

Hi,

You have initiated the conversation. I would recommend a genuine open salutation
expressing an interest in your PSA.
Invite his or her questions and inquire as to their well being.
Your discussion will be defined by the response you receive.
Specific questions will start you off in the direction of interest to your PSA.
Always answer to the best of your ability.
And, if you need time to gather more pertinent information, let them know.
Advise them

"First Impression Lasts Long"- While initiating your first online chat wit a new PSA, you must take care about it. I can give you the best approach I have followed to understand my new PSAs.

1- Start by introducing yourself with a bit of self life story. Then you can ask the PSAs to say something about himself.

2- Why he really joined SFI? You must ask this question as this will allow you the real path to talk.

3- Ask about the basic lifestyle and economic

These are some of the step you should follow when initiating an online chat with a new PSAs.
