First of all,I give my new PSAs my e mail address,FB and skype,because it is much easier to communicate with them.And,when you share your FB profile they will trust you more.
Then I explain them in short what is SFI about. I tell them to read SFI basics and Launchpad lessons day by day.
I don't tell them a lot of about SFI because there is a lot of information and they will be confused.
I instruct them to start by performing daily,weekly and monthly actions,to visit their VP ledger page every day and to get 500 points in 24 hours,because they will get 200 extra points and the badge.
If they ask me other questions I try to answer them in short and tell them to do all of these mentioned before. After that I will explain them what is the next step.
I also advise them to contact me at any time if they need a help,and that I will guide them through this business.

First of all,do your daily actions.You will find red tabs on home page at SFI.Click on them and at the end of each page you will see blue tabs,you need to click them and you will get one point for each.

Besides daily actions read 30 answers on ASK SC because you will get 2 enters for Daily grand where you can get good awards,like VP,MRP and other useful things.

PLay T time on Triple clicks every hour,click on the product and wait 20 seconds and enter.You can get 2 credits every day.When you get credits bid on double MRP auctions where you will get 10 MRPs and also 1 VP for every click.

When you get 126 MRP buy 1 credit and you will get 102 VP.

Visit your VP ledger page.There you will see other actions you need to do,as weekly actions ;as setting monthly goals before the 10th - 5 VP, For completing the SFI/Sponsor/Co-Sponsor ratings form - 10 VP,also for sending support message to your PSAs and CSAs - 30 VP and other weekly actions.
