If the day is more than 24hrs,it would not be enough for me to do the things related to this great business.
First of all it depends of your goals, what you want and how much.
Second, how much and what you want to invest.
Third, depend of your internet and marketing knowledge

I am speaking of my point of view, my knowledge was positive zero when i started, and the most of my time at the beginning was spent on reading and learning, contacting people, asking,etc.

Than i discover advertising, learn basic, and started, still learning and developing it.

Did you already start to create your TEAM, if not, why didn't? Answer this question to yourself, and start to do it as soon as possible.
Visit leaderboard, check on great people there, try to contact them to give you some great advice how to reach the top.
When you make all of these primar things, i am sure, you ll already be working more than 15hrs daily.

According to me, the best measure is money that i am earning. As much as i am earning, my measures are higher.

Also, second are leaderboards, as higher as better.

Number of PSA and CSA, active,or course. Success will be better if people under me are working and earning.

I also felt that as much as i am working i am more success, which means that hours i am spending in front of my computer are also measure of my success.

And the most important success of mine is that i am satisfied and happy being part of SFI, working, making friendship with very interesting successful people.

If you succeed to connect work with pleasure you will be very successful.

The communication is the most important to keep your PSA or CSA. Try to make it as soon as possible.
Help him start, use your experience, point on mistakes you possibly made first days, mention fast track, offer to be online with him/her during registration.
Be totally friendly, let him/her feel comfortable chat with you.

Suggest him/her your strategy if it is successful, try to find out his/her expectations, and show him in real how it is going on.

Try to let him/her understand that this is business, not job,and needs time and effort, also a lot of patience.

Also one very simple, but difficult to understand thing, try to explain to them that Triple Clicks is their shop, and that they should use it as their own buying place.

Also put the point how much is important to advertise, explain of them earning system, games, at the beginning people are not playing thinking maybe that this is waste of time, but when they feel how important are tc and mrp, for sure they ll do it more often.

If conversation take more time, i also involve some personal things, to make atmosphere more friendly, sometimes even ask, if it is she, what to cook today, etc.

Make your PSA/CSA your friend and let him trust you.

I am just two month here, entered without any knowledge and experience, and achieved great success just with reading, reading,reading, learning, and again reading,reading reading.

The most important is to log in every, but every day, to make to do list, and to read, read,read, every day you will discover something new. Invest your time in your business, the tactic which is working at everybody is advertising,try to learn how to do it the best way, advertise everywhere, invest little bit money in it, build your team and be great sponsor. And after two month i discovered that it is easy, just you have to read to learn how to do that.
