What is the best way to motivate members of my downline to become Team Leaders and not stay EAs?

What I do to motivate my team member is usually to show them my achievement on SFI, returns I get and participation in games, that have awesome rewards and the potential that they are exposed to being an SFI member, the varying opportunities inwhich they can tap into and experience the goodies SFI has to offer, to that too, make them see SFI as their personal business and SFi as a partner which provides them with every resource at their disposal to enrich their businesses, grow their business and understand the nature of business they are already in.

Which is better for a fairly new ECA? Limit shipping to my region while my business grows or ship internationally from the start?

It would really be better if you consider limited shipping with your area as a fairly new ECA, first, understand the whole process involved in shipping internationally before stepping into it and it will cost you more doing shipping internationally rather local shipping, which will reduce you profit margin, preferable conqurer your locality with your product and if it is appreciated as much before you go international

I will say random sampling of a particular item using time as a constant factor, since there are many factors influencing a particular bid, after picking the item of choice, check for the time of bid and check all bids on that item with a 3hours span for the past few days, you will have an idea of what the price will most likely be. You need to start by introducing yourself properly.
Get to know your PSA properly very important, because people have different perception
Then you talk about HIM let the discussion be entirely about him, throwing in clue question, to understand his purpose and reason of signing up and how he intend to achieve that.
If clueless like I was when I first started out be the one to navigate the discussion to suit him, not to scare him off, not too much information just the basics, refer him to Basic and start up
After that tell the new PSA how much fun you are having and What a great opportunity SFI is, state out all the benefits the stand to enjoy.
Encourage him and bless him
In summary the centre of such a discussion is about getting to know yourselves and encouraging the PSA, not so much centred on guidelines and mentorship, basically friendship and from there he will call back for another time.

How can I increase my earnings with SFI?

The easiest way to increase your earning in SFI is to consider the residual income system that one makes from matching VP as a Team Leader.
For example
Being a Btonze Team Leader having 5 Team Mate and each of the having 5 Team mates down to the sixth generation with an EA2 ranking of 1500VP each will amount to 23,437,500Versapoints.
And $1 is equivalent to 2225VPs dividing through will get you over $10000 monthly.
Also
You can select 2 to 3 product on TC to promote weekly, list them on your blog and websites too drive you traffic to time, enough traffic can give you 10 to 20 sales weekly. With a commission large enough to generate over $200 monthly.
Members Listing atleast one a week costing you only 1Tcredits with a 100% return
Note considering having you own ECA store or the ECAs you refer.
PPA is a nice option too only that the sign up won't be in your team.

I Don't think getting a increase your sales but this will surely expand you portfolio on SFI and create extra source of income, what will increase you sales will be how well you utilize your marketing resources at your disposal, a concrete advertizing and how much you refer people to purchase TCurrency through your gateway.
In addition to that really increase the number of customer coming to your ECA platform because you will be listed among local pay merchant in your country. I wish you good luck Don't give up on your dreams. Aim High, Dream Big.

What is the most effective strategy for reassigning people in your downline?

I don't think there is a hard and fast rule to that but in my opinion I usually pick, the EA2 on there there second month and assign PSA who have not exceeded 1000VPs in 2months.
The another approach is I assign EA2 without standing orders to my Team leaders to enable get more support and encourage the TLs too.
But for PSA not having to 500 Vps I don't bother reassigning them because I see it as fake motivation to my downlines
Should I encourage or discourage my PSAs who want to become Team Leaders right away?

I will always prefer to encourage team work and team building before advising for my PSA to go for TL, but if i find those eager ones, I explain to them the dangers ahead and provide them ways to quickly see how to raise a quick downline to manage because i see no reason to be a team leader when you have no team to lead.
Instead of discouraging them on TL right away, encourage them to study more and grow their team by the principle of duplication which you are practcing that brought them into the team.
Instead of encouraging them, you direct them on best way to start earning more and creating residual income and duplication, above all, every PSA should atleast aim for TL from the second month.
