Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

To encourage new affiliates who have reached the SFI I recommend you send them a personalized letter of welcome. This shows them that they are welcome in this business and they are supported to develop. The messages are very good group to be sent once or twice a week and provide some important information that can help the affiliates. Not everyone knows where to find some details, and this helps. Send group emails through concrete and structured information, that is easy to read and remember.

I look at the situation and make that determination.

When you have an affiliate that needs your assistance and you are doing this individually, I would suggest you send your assistance through team mail or through chat.

When you have several affiliates that you are trying to get a message to on different topics, I suggest you use the group mailings. This way, you can get all of your affiliates on the same page with just one correspondence mailing.

It is true that sending individual personal letters to new PSA makes them feel more cared than group mailings.

In those personal letters you can educate each affiliate depending on the stage that one has reached and this will make him feel that you real follow him up personally.

At times after a certain period even when you send group mailings on issues of common interest they will still feel cared.

More important make sure that you follow up each affiliate personally

Dear Friend,

What i am suggest you is to send a individual mail rather than team mail, so that in individual mail you can quote the persons name and referring their name often in that mail shows that you are taking good concern on his/her growth in SFI.

usually we give more importance to a message quoting our name instead of forwarded message

also share your ideas and what you did so far for the month and how your attain this level so that it gives them an boost and

It is indeed worthwhile to do so, in that way it is only when a person realizes he/she's been noticed in this business. The message must make the affiliate aware that you only talking to him/her and not in the group. First greet the person by mentioning his/her name to make him/her aware you talking to him as an individual and don't forget to congradulate him/her for registering with this business. You can use the same message to all your affiliates but don't forget to change the name for every affiliate

As soon as a new affiliate join your team you should send a welcome mail describing briefly about Sfi and its benefits. One should introduce themselves as their sponsor too but being professional in writing will always leave an good impression on PSA.

In the mail also one should mention about daily tasks and fast track tasks with video links to tutorials.

Last but not the least, we should mention in case of any help you will be happy to help.

I feel your initial contact should be personal. After that I send out group mail - except to my movers. I send them personal messages to encourage them and keep them working and to make sure they know I am available and interested in helping them. In my opinion it is definitely worth while to go the extra mile with your down line. Good luck and have fun with your business.

No. I won’t suggest individual welcome letters to the new PSAs but send the letters through Team Mail. I am telling you this for various reasons.

First of all, when we send welcome letters to their individual email addresses, there is no guarantee that it will reach them safely unless they white list SFI in their address book. But if we send the welcome letters through Group Mailings or Team Mailings, it will have two impacts instead of one. It will reach to their respective SFI

Hello !
I always send individual welcome letter to new PSA and send a letter to each individual CSA that I was assigned to .I wish them welcome and tell them to contact me if they have any questions or concerns .Usually I write them what to do in the first 24 hours . Afterwards I send weekly Team Mail to my group of affiliate with some guidelines .

Either or Both are very helpful.

The one address to new PSAs are sometimes different from group mailings because letters to PSAs are usually specific and direct while in group mailings may be done in a broad and may not be direct to some PSAs who have different struggles in their SFI Business.
