The way to be successful when your PSA's and CSA's have stopped working is to continue to attract new affiliates. All of them won't be willing to put in the effort that is needed, therefore, you will have to get more.
Just say you have 10 PSA's (CSA's), and only two of them do the work that you need them to do; work to get more affiliates to replace the 8 that decided they were no longer interested in continuing.
If you have made every effort to help them along and they fail to succeed,

Do I need to have a website or my own blog to be successful with SFI?

In my opinion, you would do better to have a website. Trying to blog as much as needed can be more time consuming than creating a website. With the website, you can update information at certain intervals and it won't take as much time.

It all depends on the time you have to put into your success building with SFI. If you have the time, you can do both to get yourself closer to your goals!!!

That all depends on what you are advertising for.

If you are advertising for the ECA program, you would want to advertise near businesses that make their own products such as flea markets, novelty shops, art galleries, etc.

If you are advertising for promoting sales, you would want to put up your flyers near places that a lot of techies hang around. These kind of people spend a lot of time on their iPad, iPhone, computer, etc; and they are very interested in anything that they

How do you prevent people from preying on your downline and convincing them to join other programs?

You have to show the affiliates in your downline what SFI is all about. Once you have shown/explained to them about:

1. TripleClicks
2. Pricebender auctions
3. MRP's and what can be done with them
4. Benefits of rising in the ranks (EA, BTL, STL, etc)
5. Possible income potential
6. The easiness of selling things that they no longer need or want.
7. T-credits and the importance/uses of them

There are many more reasons to be a part of SFI, but you

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

I look at the situation and make that determination.

When you have an affiliate that needs your assistance and you are doing this individually, I would suggest you send your assistance through team mail or through chat.

When you have several affiliates that you are trying to get a message to on different topics, I suggest you use the group mailings. This way, you can get all of your affiliates on the same page with just one correspondence mailing.

As a sponsor, this

The thing about SFI that most convinced me to join is the chance to leave my dead-end job and live freely without working so many hours. Once I got into it, I found out that I love the Pricebender auctions in TripleClicks, the drawings are the bomb, and they have great products that you can purchase at deep discounts. Plus, I get to chat with new people from all over the world.

No, there is no shortcut to success. If you attempt to take a shortcut in anything you do, you will be selling yourself short as well as any partner you may have. Being successful takes dedication, drive, and determination to want to achieve your goals. I don't know about you, but I don't want to be half of anything!!! I want it all; I want to be the best; I want people to want to follow my success.

What should you say to your PSAs when they say they are going to quit because they are putting out more than they are receiving?

New PSA's entering into the business have a lot to learn about being successful in any business. Just remind them what they can look forward to when they are actively participating in the company.

Encourage them to set their monthly goals so that they will have a constant referral source to follow. Goals are the monthly plan they can follow to have a better chance at success.

Once they have learned about SFI, they can begin to build a team. Once that team has been built, they

To become a platinum leader, you must build a team of EA2's, team leaders, and/or active EA's that want to build their own team as well. When your down line builds their own down line, you receive the matching versapoints that you need to continue moving up!!! There aren't enough action points available monthly to reach platinum level, so you have to build a team to help you reach it.

Remember, to reach any level, you have to be active and determined to be successful. Duplication is the
