The first thing to do is to encourage them to login everyday to grab some points and secondly start to tell them about monthly tripleclicks music contest. By doing so you must tell them about the benefits of doing so which more important thing they wanna hear about and once they know they gonna benefits they won't have any doubts about that.
How can I get people who are engaged in other network marketing businesses to take a look at SFI?

That is even Better chance to try to convince that person because he/she already know something about network marketing business unlike someone who knows nothing about network business or similar. First, most network businesses charges certain fee to register but on SFI is free of charge.
Again many network markerting business are not professional and don't give enough support while on SFI you get lot of support from different angle. Try to write down the good about SFI business and the bad about other network businesses and register that person soon as she/he compared the two. Tell that person it only takes her less than 5 minutes to do that.

How would you convince an affiliate who has abandoned SFI to restart again?

You need to make this business a success yourself otherwise no one will be convinced. Imagine telling someone already driving an old car that he/she can improve the car he/she's driving through this business whilst that person knows you very well you still struggling to get a car yourself. (this is just an example).
Lead by example, you need to show passion about this business by making it a success to you so you can show a person any achievement you made. Anything you won on auction try to let that person knows how you progressing on this business.

What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

If you come across someone like that who want to pursue this business but don't have limited time to invest on it you must first analyse what is it that they have limited time, it could be because the person is already working somewhere and if that is the case ask the person how much time he spend doing his/her job plus the salary he/she's getting VERSUS the time he/she'll spend on sfi plus the earnings he/she'll get. The minute the person start to realize he spend more hours for little salary he will definitely think of investing more time on this business but that will depend on the training and the knowledge the person had about this business.

How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

Tell them to visit trippleclicks to view some products they may be interested to buy and daily competition that they may enter. First you need to explain all the benefits they get for being tripleclicks WAVE3 and secondly you must teach them how to go about it and they will surely become members without any doubt because they be having the confidence of how to be a wave3 member and knowing that they still score some good benefits.
What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

My advice would be as follows;
(1) Contact the help desk before you even contact your sponsor, remember your sponsor may be experiencing some technical problems etc or he/she may be still trying to figure out how this program work and not coming back to you because he/she can't help you.
(2) Keep on trying to contact him but that should be after you contacted your help desk just to find out if he/she still there for you as your sponsor.
Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is indeed worthwhile to do so, in that way it is only when a person realizes he/she's been noticed in this business. The message must make the affiliate aware that you only talking to him/her and not in the group. First greet the person by mentioning his/her name to make him/her aware you talking to him as an individual and don't forget to congradulate him/her for registering with this business. You can use the same message to all your affiliates but don't forget to change the name for every affiliate you sending the message.

I see that there are ECAs in my local area who have not yet listed any products. How can I/we encourage them to become active ECAs?

Some ECA's find it very difficult to list their products and that's the reasons why they haven't listed their products. You need to make a contact with them and encourage them strongly to do so and make them aware that you are ready to assist if they need any of your assistance.

"You may be having a rare diamond that everyone is looking for" so my message of encouragement to everyone is to list their products or services as soon ad possible.

How much time a day, approximately, do I need to invest in SFI to build a profitable business?

You don't necessarily need a lot of time to invest in this business a day all you need is great understanding of how it works and also do it everyday for less than an hour at least. As you open up your page try to visit tripleclicks as well as "to do list" page and do what is required.
You need to get as many PSA's as possible as well as CSA's and encourage them to do the same as you.
