Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

What i am suggest you is to send a individual mail rather than team mail, so that in individual mail you can quote the persons name and referring their name often in that mail shows that you are taking good concern on his/her growth in SFI.
usually we give more importance to a message quoting our name instead of forwarded message
also share your ideas and what you did so far for the month and how your attain this level so that it gives them an boost and encourage them to do well.

There are several marketing methods avail in SFI
i would suggest following methods to my PSAs
1.Refer friend / family members who are interested in online members
2.Promote ads for selling t-credits for pricebenders
3. use gift cards to get PRMs
4. use your gateways for new sign ups in facebook,twitter and other social networks
5. try paid ads portal to get best results for new signups
6. create a blog for your sfi program and update with what you gain from SFI and SFI news

How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

Everyone is not born as a Leader.
With our interest and our abilities we will become a Leader.
To become a SFI Team leader is so simple.
Just have the following qualities after you attain the team leader qualification
1. Communicate and respond your down line members so often and encourage them
2. Praise them for their action (Eg - Send a congrats message when they attain EA status or when the win prizes in daily grand or some contest)
3. Share your ideas with them, so that it will give a boost to them to achieve what you did
4. Be optimistic and your communicating words should also be like that
5. Be patient and confident.

The Greatest Challenge in SFI to success is to make our down line members active, whether its a PSA or CSA.
We can get as many PSA's and CSA's either through Price-bender auctions or attaining team leader qualification but we can assure how many of them are active.
We can succeed in SFI only when our down line members are active so its a greatest challenge for me to succeed in SFI.
We can first approach our family or friends who are interested in online business and eager to achieve big goals and make them as our PSAs.
Once we build a team then we have to continue our support to them and should give the trust that we are there to help and motivate them to be successful affiliate.
Send a team mail or individual mail atleast once in a week.
Also tell them that SFI will give good returns once we do it with dedication.
also teach how to duplicate like what you did.
