What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

IF the sponsor is not responsive the affiliate should not despair but can still get help fro co sponsor or others from 2a2 line. However the affiliate should also read all the rules of success and work hard to follow them.
At any rate the success with SFI depends largely with the personal effort of the concerned affiliate.

What are the best ways to get AVP (Action VersaPoints)?

After joining SFI to continue you have to work very hard and accumulate as many Action VersaPoints as possible.The following may be of great help to you:
1. on daily basis log in and accomplish all the to do list and this will give you 11 points daily.
2. on weekly basis you can get 38 points
3.on monthly basis 15 points.
4 card distribution can give you 300 points on monthly basis.
in this way you can easily attain the required 1500 points on monthly basis.
Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

It is true that sending individual personal letters to new PSA makes them feel more cared than group mailings.
In those personal letters you can educate each affiliate depending on the stage that one has reached and this will make him feel that you real follow him up personally.
At times after a certain period even when you send group mailings on issues of common interest they will still feel cared.
More important make sure that you follow up each affiliate personally frequently and send them personal letters.

What is the best way to explain either to a prospect or a new affiliate the relationship between SFI and Tripleclicks or Pricebenders?

To either a prospective or a new affiliate you have to show them that SFI can be largely assisted by Triple clicks or price benders as follows:
(1) with SFI you are required to attain 1500 vp every month.
(2) Triple clicks is a shop that sells a variety of products both at a reasonable price and each product gives you vp that are used with your SFI.
(3) Price benders is an auction site in which you can buy products at almost very nominal or zero value. At the same time with each bid you get 5 mrp that can also be used to buy products at triple clicks.
(4) This circle therefore enables you to attain your SFI objectives.

What is the best way to convince my PSAs that they should set up a Standing Order?

Before you convince your PSA'S on the importance of setting up a standing order ensure you have set one for yourself.
In this way you will understand the benefits of having a standing order. Based on the advantages you have acquired it will now be easy for you to explain to your affiliates what you have got by having standing order.
As the result your psa's will understand easily by following you example. As a leader make sure that you lead others by showing them the way.

What encouragement can I give to an affiliate who feels he or she is getting nowhere with SFI?

For a new affiliate you have to explain to him the whole process. Most important he should not take SFI as an easy way to get money for free.
He should understand that to move forward it needs a lot of hard working, self discipline and commitment. In this way we have to encourage him to continue working as that is the only way to win.
You also can explain to him your personal experience with SFI and hoe you managed to keep on and even assisting him on how to move despite all the challenges. In this way he will get the encouragement and move forward.

though am yet to finish my first year in SFI, i have noted that to succeed you have to do the following:
- work hard as if you have no help.
- promote others to join in,
-do not expect easy money,
- be disciplined in your work,
- ask if you have any problem,
- never give up.
in this way you will meet your targets.

it is true that in any business we must ensure that we aim at quality rather than quantity. With a few committed affiliates you can have a good team as long as they are working hard.
A big number of followers who are not serious is useless as in a few days they will all drop out of business and you will also loose business.
With a few but committed you can also increase a good number of other affiliates who can increase your business horizontally and vertically and thereby expand your business.
So we must all strive for quality rather than guantity.
