Hello!
I try to attract new artists to the monthly Tripleclicks Music contest using social networks like Twitter,ReverbNation and Facebook.I found the group on FB where members are those who love the music and wrote the ad .I wrote something like :
WANTED: Artists for our
"Song-of-the-Month" Contest!
Each month, TripleClicks challenges independent artists worldwide to compete for the best song of the month–as chosen by our members."

There are many ways for attracting and sponsoring new affiliates.There are many free places to advertise .On the internet you can find a variety of free ads and add your listing with your personal Gateway.There are many social networks like Facebook , Twitter ,LinkedIn Corporation, AdlandPro Community and so on .You can use free blogs where you'll present what you're doing .

Is it worthwhile to send individual welcome letters to new PSAs...or can I just send out group mailings?

Hello !
I always send individual welcome letter to new PSA and send a letter to each individual CSA that I was assigned to .I wish them welcome and tell them to contact me if they have any questions or concerns .Usually I write them what to do in the first 24 hours . Afterwards I send weekly Team Mail to my group of affiliate with some guidelines .

Hello!
Since I have (I have not) a sponsor who has stopped working, already in the second month that I joined ,I had a lot of help from some of my a2a friends.When I was in doubt they are explained to me what to do and how .We exchange experiences and when I get the Daily Grand some of them send me greeting .It's nice when you know you're not alone in this work .
Although we do not have a common line some of them are always ready to help .
"All for one, one for all! "
Therefore, the SFI is great and a real business .

Hello!
Firstly you have to make an effort to learn as much as possible about the job in the SFI .We must lead by example!We need to help them and their every question searching for answer .If I something does not know answer ,I look for answers in the forum, Ask SC and finally ask someone from Upline .Always make an effort to respond to their demands .
Offer them links to where they can find what they are seeking .I know from the personal example of how difficult when you do not have answers to many questions ,because my sponsor gave up already in the second month of my Placement in SFI .That's why I'm trying to find an answer to each PSA to his dilemma !

It's impossible! I'm in a similar situation as you !Regularly write e-mails to all affiliates, but never get an answer .Sometimes I think that maybe they do not read my mails . But I do not give up. Advertise our business and hope that someone will see what kind of chance offered this job !I can only tell you not to give up, because you never know !!!
I need a mentor. What's the best way to find a mentor for SFI?

You do not need a mentor .In one advertising I stated this:
-If you have doubts ,someone will always help you!If you run out of power ,someone will always hold you! If you fall,someone will always raise you! The SFI Company is working in such a way!"All for one, one for all !"-
That's what I wrote is true !We have assistance from Upline ,many answers can be found in the Forum ,we have lessons and finally we have Ask SC !!!
