It is a against SFI policy to cross solicit other Affiliates or your own down-line or Upline to join any other program outside of SFI from which you earn a commission.
Soliciting SFI affiliates for other business opportunities is strictly prohibited.

So the best way I know is to report Cross-Solicitation. How?

I don't think you will have one way to approach this concern.

No one can control what other people will decide in the long run but you can lead people to make healthier decisions by the way you engage with them. Share with your down line members the experiences you are having. Get to know your down line members so they become to you more than just down line members but people who work with you.

Being authentic as a leader will help others to see the genuine role you wish to

Unfortunately this situation of soliciting SFI affiliates to offer other business opportunities not related to SFI by other SFI members occurs and there is a serious warning for violation.

As a Team Leader, what can you do to prevent this occurrence?

- Maintain close contact with your downline.

- Motivate, inspire and reward your downlines of their achievements no matter how small it may seem. This will show that you are closely connected to them.

This is a very good question and I have a very good answer for you - you can't really. People are curious by nature. When told not to do something it is human nature to rebel. So the grass always looks greener on the other side of the fence. Affiliates have to mature into professionals and then it will be clear to them that no other business opportunity could possibly do more for them than SFI.

This said, your support and guidance is going to be central to building loyalty and branding.

Hi Felix,

The answer to your question is simply for you to be a very good and reliable sponsor to your downline at all times. If you are, it will be very difficult if not impossible for others to prey on them by diverting their attention to other programs.

There is no doubt you are aware that in SFI, many affiliates have unhindered access to other affiliates through A2A and the Forums. If you are a very good sponsor to your downline, chances are always very high that they will

People are always there to prey your down line. That is where the real challenge lies to keep them motivated.

1. Always lead as example. Your down line will follow what you do rather than what you say. So, before suggesting anything to your down line, you must demonstrate by self.

2. Encourage them to play in auctions and give them enough tips to win. Remember, people who win auctions stay maximum time with SFI without changing to other program.

3. Encourage them

There is not any way to prevent unscrupulous affiliates from trying to steal your downline members. You can, however, notify Support of such activity, they will be dealt with by SFI since such behavior is strictly forbidden.

I say there is no way to prevent people from trying to take your downline. There IS a way to ensure they do not succeed!:)

Be the very best Sponsor/Co-Sponsor you can be!! Study all the SFI training, learn it well. Study/learn all the tabs across the

Hello Felix

Unfortunately you cannot stop others from trying to recruit your team members for other 'OPPORTUNITIES'. The fact that they are at SFI recruiting is a strong, positive testimonial to SFI as a business with people who are WORTH having in a business.

What you CAN do is:

+ Keep communicating with your team members. Show them that you are serious about your SFI business and you are ALWAYS there to support them.

+ Let them know that they are ALREADY

This is one of the easier questions I have answered, quite simply all you have to do is be an Awesome Sponsor. If you regularly keep in touch with your downlines, regularly provide support and motivation to your team, regularly offer them tips and suggestions to help their SFI business grow, and also offer incentives (as often as you can afford)to promote healthy competition amongst your team, then they will repay you by remaining loyaland maintaining their membership with SFI.

If, however,

There are some affiliates here, a few though, who join SFI to prey on affiliates and entice them to join other programs. They first try to add you via A2A and then entice you to join their programs. I was approached via a2a lately and the person told me he had big file of free classified ad sites for me and the file is too big to send via a2a. So he requested for my email address. It turned out that he was promoting his sites.

Any affiliate other than your downline who requests for your
