How do you prevent people from preying on your downline and convincing them to join other programs?

I think we cannot prevent people from preying on our downlines because most of these people want to take advantage of others, luring them to join their business. I think what we can do is keep informing our downlines that SFI is a great business and can they afford to lose a business this good? We must always keep in touch with them and let them know that we are always there to help them. We can always remind them that SFI has a very good compensation plan. Tell them SFI has a real proven history of making people succeed and it's been around and earning income for affiliates for 16 years plus. Work with them daily and sending ideas and tips on where to advertise for free. Check in on your affiliates and see how they are doing. Check in on your geneology report on individual downlines what motivates them and try to work with that. See what they don't like doing, and find out any way of helping them out. I've found that trying to prevent your downline from being lured away by other temptations is almost impossible if that affiliate can't earn commissions right away. I have found with this type business (inter-net marketing)or any business type if your not committed to doing all the small things such as simply following your daily to list, asking your upline for help when you don't understand.
