As a Team Leader, what can you do to prevent this occurrence?
- Maintain close contact with your downline.
- Motivate, inspire and reward your downlines of their achievements no matter how small it may seem. This will show that you are closely connected to them.
- Be consistent in communicating with them. Use Stream Post or SFI Forum for recognizing the achievements of your affiliates. Share every success of everyone in your team.
- Make them feel that you fully committed to their success and that you are a part in every step of their SFI venture.
By laying a foundation of trust, commitment and determination to succeed, you can be sure that you’re downline will stick with you.
