A good greeting message is the one that makes your new affiliate feel welcomed, secure, and confident.

First of all, you should introduce yourself as his/her sponsor and explain what it means (that you'll be there to help them be successful in SFI).

Second, you should offer your PSA some advice, mostly about Fast Track, because they need to know about it as soon as possible!

At the end, you should provide some contact info and tell them to contact you for any doubts they might have.

The key is to be warm and friendly, but professional at the same time. This will make your PSA know you're a serious SFI affiliate who is at their service, but also their friend, so don't sound bossy! :)

In my humble opinion the most important thing you can do with your introductory email is to be welcoming and very friendly. Rather than giving the new affiliate a list of things that they need to be doing talk to them and explain why you are with SFI. Certainly encourage them to complete their profile and get their first 500 VersaPoints and explain the benefits of logging in daily and completing their to do list.

By giving them too much information in their first day you run the risk of frightening them off rather than encouraging them. During their first week send out more emails further explaining how and what SFI is and further tasks that they could be completing if they wish to make their new venture an success. Don't go overboard in the first week but do explain to them the advantages of making EA, and also the advantage of staying in the E365 class group competition.

I realize everyone has their own views on what their affiliates should be doing we also have to be realistic about the results we are going to get. Encouragement always works far better than the press-gang method of helping recruits.

As your intention is to retain and get your new PSAs to become active, it would be prudent to keep the following points in mind when writing a welcome message.

- provide all your details, rank, telephone contact and if you are comfortable a skype address. This will never leave it to chance that they are not able to be in touch with you through the website in case of any technical hitch. Also because of the different time zones, some affiliates may find it easy to drop an IMessage or WhatsApp a query and the reply can be instantaneous rather than having to wait for a reply when you log in.

- the other point you should keep in mind is to keep the message short. Many affiliates find all the detail overwhelming and if you add it more detail about the business at this time, it is likely to cause an adverse effect than create a rapport between you and the PSA.

- assert in your message that you, as the Sponsor are there to help and provide any support to help them succeed. If need be also mention a meeting via Skype or if you are in the same city, a one on one get together would be beneficial too.

These are the main points I would add to the message keeping in mind that you should also not use complicated vocabulary that may need a translator to convey your message, keep it simple short and to the point. It's a welcome message not a story!

First of all, We should know that our newcomer entrepreneurs bring with them a global entrepreneurial drive, diverse experience and new ideas, and global networks and linkages. We need to welcome, engage and collaborate with newcomer entrepreneurs to ensure that they have the support needed.

Lenthy messages can distract them, so be simple and short with whatever you greet and it is up to you.

You may lend your support telling that you will be on his/her side to help whenever needed.

Tell them about few of your success to boost them.

Try to understand the reason and how they are here, and talk accordingly.

Tell them that they are not alone and we are a big team and ofcourse SFI family.

You can also cheer them up and by gifting a couple of TCredits.

Build their hope on SFI and convince to be calm and everything will be going on fine in our business.

Thats it most of all. These all welcome should be given in batches. Dont try to do everything in a day.

Take a week time to welcome your PSA, so that they will get more interested.

If possible include links in your message. It helps a lot to prevent new PSA from getting frustrated when they do not know where to go. It may seemed very straight forward to you but not to some. A lot of us fail in this when we become so familiar in finding our way around.

On this page you will find a black and grey bar going across the page with index tabs. Under this bar you will see some red tabs 'to do list' 'tips' 'stream' 'triple clicks' etc. Start by clicking on the to do list tab. You will find a list of starting actions, daily actions, intermediate actions, monthly actions. Read each task carefully and do as instructed. When you perform your tasks you will be rewarded some points that we call Versa Points (VP), the total of which you collect by the end of the month will be calculated and your earnings will come accordingly. So consider your vp as your earning and try to get as many as you can. Once having completed the actions on the to do list tab, you will find a blue tab at the end of the page that reads ' "I have reviewed the information on this page". Click on this tab.This turns the red tab of the to do list to grey which indicates that you have completed the task of that tab for the day. Do the same for all the red tabs and all the red tabs should turn grey. You have to do this daily. The Ask SC tab is where you are asked to rate the answers. Click on the blue tab that reads "GO" & you will be directed to ten questions and asked to rate the answers. You may find it a little confusing in the beginning but dont worry, in time you will get the hang of it.The last tab is the win it tab. After having completed all the tabs click on this and enter to win in the daily grand draw.

Read one lesson a day from this page and get 15 vp for rightly answering the quiz at the end. This is where you can get very useful information from. Make it a point to do atleast one launchpad lesson a day.

Your message should be YOUR message and it should say:

That you are very happy to have him/her on your team, ~firstname~

That they have made a great decision because we are expanding rapidly.

That you are always available to answer questions.

That they must do their basic tasks DAILY.

That they need a clear, color picture of their smiling face.

That they must sponsor as many as possible in order to build a large downline.

Before you sign off, Thank them AGAIN for being on YOUR team.

And ask them to send you an email indicating that they have received your email.

Always sign off with your first and last name, your rank, the link to your leadership page, and your email address.

Keep it as short as you can and still include the above items as a minimum.

Avoid long winded exhortations, explanations, and puffed up "facts" which may not be 100% true.
