If possible include links in your message. It helps a lot to prevent new PSA from getting frustrated when they do not know where to go. It may seemed very straight forward to you but not to some. A lot of us fail in this when we become so familiar in finding our way around.

I am not very good at talking to people. How can I talk to them about SFI or TripleClicks in a simple and easy way?
The first thing is you need to gain knowldege about SFI and TripleClicks. This means reading as much as you can. With knowledge, it should be coupled with enthusiasm. When you are excited about something, it will come easy. The words will flow out easily and with confidence. You gain their trust when they see how excited you are and that make things easier. Words do not need to be bombastic, simple words that conveys what SFI and TripleClicks are about and a genuine smile are all that it takes
