How to advertise successfully on Facebook and other social media?

Hello,
I must tell you and others affiliates too,then I advertise 80% on Facebook.I do my ads firs like blok,second I go to short my blog link and then I write simple text...like Do you need a job.....I need worker from home ....and post my link with nice picture.
I have lucky,my ads give me few PSA...but unforchenetly...more of them go on...but don`t worry...go ahaid.
But facebook is social media no business media,and you must be very careful.Post 50 ads and go to create new blog (this is for five minutes done)and go again.You must post only one ad into group on one day.
Otherwisw...someone will spam your skills you ad...and FB will blocked you on 5,6,20 or 30 day`s.
I don`t use apps...I do it manually.

Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

I do not think you would contact with someone over the internet if there is no picture on his profile.
Certainly not contact the person without a picture of the business sites such as SFI.
I insist in my PSA `s and CSA` s urgent to put the picture.If I want to work with someone without image,
so whether you customers from all over the world when there is a link to a person's job gets to sponsor a person without a face
... imagination.What will the people think about the company???If there is no image, there is no real, live person .... it's all imagination.
It is not good for the company or the person who works at SFI.

If you want to be good leader ,you should always ask people what their opinion is and listen them.
When someone gives you an idea, work on it.I mean,take in others suggestions.If some PSAs and CSAs
are a little behind,hel them.Show them the positive results of their work.Encourage your team.
As the leader, you must do the research first, or have the most information.Know what you are talking about.
Even though leaders have to take things seriously, there is no reason you can't have fun. Just don't get too carried away. Balance the serious business at hand with regard for the morale and spirits of the team.
You must set the positive spirit, make the goals clear, show how the job is feasible and possible. No one will work for an impossible goal.
