This is a vital quality to be imbibed in your team members. Each member should possess the sense of belonging to SFI. The members should consider SFI as a business and not a hobby.
c. Recognition.
A good team leader highlights and recognizes the hard working members of his team ,at all times
d. Tolerance ;
The leader should not any time act like he is the boss of the team and should show patience and tolerance while dealing & motivating his team. He should consider & give respect to each members national,cultural and language backgrounds.
e. Perseverance :-

f. Focus

3. The foremost requirement for an active, & motivated team is a team leader who has a passion to excel no matter what the challenges are, having a mindset that nothing is impossible. A team leader who will never say “no” for an answer and who will not fall flat when hit in the face with set-backs or obstacles.
-The team leader should be able to spread his/her enthusiasm to the entire team .His enthusiasm and efforts should be infectious to influence all the members of his team.
-The ideal leader should never think of “the ways how to increase his business” He should be thinking, “ways to increase his teammates business” The key is to put your “team” ahead of your own dreams.. If the leader is concentrating on building his team members success then he will accordingly reach the heights of business he would have never imagine. “My team members first”-should be his attitude.
-The ideal team leader should not only “Lead by Example,” so that his follow his steps but also be an example, himself! . He should help his team mates succeed and teach them how to help their own teammates succeed. As a matter of fact Versa Point is the “bread & butter” of SFI business. It’s the crux of this business. The members are paid according to the amount of versa points they earn every month which are included in the share of the total of the monthly executive pool. Based on the total sum of the daily action (AVPs) plus sales versa points(SVPs) during a specific month, we receive our commission on the 10th of the next month in dollars as per our share in the executive pool.

i) Maintain regular correspondence either through group or individual mails every ten days.
ii) Ask your down line to carry out those tasks only which you have already done; lead by example!
iii). Always use inclusive words like "we", "our", "all of us" etc. while addressing issues in your correspondence.
iv). Avoid criticizing your PSAs/CSAs but rather tender advice as & when required..
v). Mind your tone of your correspondence. Ensure no harsh words are used. Be polite, understanding & tolerant in all your mails to your down line.
vi). Always appreciate your affiliate's contribution; at the same time you may advise him where he should pay more attention.
vii). Never be aggressive or ‘pushy’; treat them as co-owners of your business.
viii). Let your down line know that you are always available for any guidance/tips to progress in the business.
ix). Train them to be more independent, only render them advice when they request.
x). Always appreciate the effort of each of your team members e.g for being consistent every month.

1. Unbiased and appropriate rating for any affiliate’s sponsor is very critical in going about your business in SFI. You should not allow external factors like personal relationship (maybe your close pal, family member, neighbor etc) to bias your rating.
A few factors on which you can base your rating is enumerated below:-
i) Communication.
Apart from sending you the weekly group messages, does your Sponsor communicate with you any other time? On a monthly average does he communicate with you at the least two times excluding his weekly group messages? Even if you do not mail him with your queries, does he check your progress and well-being especially when you miss a few days and disappear from your Sponsor’s Movers list for some of your personal reasons?
This reflects a caring attitude, thereby creating a tremendous feeling of belongingness. –

ii) Availability.
Is your sponsor always there when you need assistance? Being there for you when you need assistance. How quickly you get his response to your query and his solution to your problem marks his rating. Is he available to chat online and discuss & clarify any of your lingering doubts about SFI & its working?

iii) Streaming/Group mailing/individual emailing of latest SFI news like introduction of new EZ games,PB auctions, important developments and changes to the rules in how new games are played/PB auctions are bid ,new prizes and perks to be earned, additional incentives, etc.

iv) Recognition.

1. The Eager Zebra Card King game is one of my favorite TC games. As a matter of fact any card game involves the statistics of probability as well as luck.
We can deduce the following from the points being allotted in this game.
2. By choosing the option of the lower points, you increase your chances of picking the correct card & earn the respective points. If you want to take a risk by opting for the higher points and depending on your luck you may pick up the right card & earn the higher point; hence you have to adopt a logical approach mixed with luck if you want to take the risk! I would always prefer to play this game without taking any risk since system has already calculated the most likely option to get the right card and that is the best option to use
3. You need to keep an account (keep a tally) of the cards you have drawn already, to see how many of the cards are left in the regular 52 Pack. For example if your current card is a 6 you need to see how many of the cards are higher and how many are lower. If you have drawn 10 or more lower cards and only 1 or 2 higher cards, the possibility of a lower card reduces, based on the quantity available.
4. You can also make use of the Peek and Pass buttons.
Peek will show you the number of cards higher and lower still left in the deck.
Pass will cost you T-Credits and can only be used 3 times per game.
Based on my experience I would recommend to go with your intuition, or as they say your "gut feel" for the next card after all this is a game of chance!
