Thanks to its founder, Gery Carson, SFI has been free to join and will always stay free to join.
Consequently, that there will be a lot of referrals who join to fulfill their curiosity, just look around and see what SFI is all about. There are also referrals that you will sign up that get paid to sign up in free marketing companies and later opt-out.
2. Due to the above mentioned reasons, it’s easy to realize that there will be quite a few referrals who we sign up that will be “inactive” for one reason or another. This is to be expected, so do not let this hinder your future growth in your business building activities. Many of us make the awful mistake of worrying & fretting over our inactive PSAs/CSAs. Much time and activity is wasted in trying to wake up those who are asleep As rising Team Leaders we need to let the sleepy heads sleep. Continue to keep them in your e-mailings and other communication systems but do not chase & pursue them. When they wake up (if & when they do) they will contact you or prominently figure on your movers list.
3.If their name is still on your genealogy list then there is a chance that they will wake up so I suggest that you never “write them off”. Its suggested that during one of the last days of each month, you mail a letter to all the “red” flagged affiliates in your genealogy list giving them one more chance to get in touch with you before being removed by SFI at the end of one year after the last logging in.
4.Send them an 'Inactive" eCard when the notice goes out that they will soon be losing their account due to inactivity, you will know about this notice in your genealogy report. Whenever they become active, send them an E-Card to acknowledge and motivate them.
5.In the mean time, continue working with your movers as well as simultaneously continue recruiting new referrals. Although it is advised to “work with your workers” you should never give up on your inactive team members Please remember inactive affiliates may become active anytime so don't write them off totally. They may prove to be the hidden gems in your team, for all you know!Continue to include them in your weekly newsletters/group mails. As long as they are subscribed, please do not give up on them. This means as long as they are in your genealogy you will continue.
6.However, its evident that you have no further hold on your inactive sleepy heads, just like the popular phrase “you can only lead your horse to the water but cannot make him drink” .
Conclusion.
The moral of the story is to continue corresponding with your inactive, sleepy PSAs/CSAs till their subscription expires after one year of inactivity & their respective names are written off from the SFI Rolls!

1 .Well, apart from ‘daily do list’ there are number of activities which an affiliate needs to carry out at regular intervals.
As a matter of fact, you can use these Daily To Do tasks, to carry out other interrelated/linked tasks to develop your business. That means you have to spend more time than the 15-20 minutes which one casually browses through to earn the 14-16 versa points daily. Any affiliate has to spend time reading the information provided in these daily task icons & make good use of these guidelines to proceed in their SFI business!
In other words, the affiliate should let the daily tabs guide you through further learning and activity in growing his business, which is what he needs to be actually doing besides collecting VPs.
2. Most of the daily tabs include links to resources elsewhere within the site, all of which will add value to his business, but only if he takes the trouble to research and apply them wisely.
Take the example of the following tasks:-
i) TC tab –There are lots of links here to browse newly listed products. Look for products that fit your niche or that you can promote to friends/family/social media. Don’t know how to? Then click on the links to training in the ´Grow your SFI income selling Triple Clicks products´ section at the bottom.
ii) Ask SC tab – This is just jam-packed with different answers which are very useful for the fresh affiliate to succeed! Do not underestimate the value of this tab. Helpful answers from experienced affiliates guide the beginner in SFI.
iii) Tips tab - read the Power Tip. How can you use this? Click the link for more Power Tips and see if you can use more of them. Ask SC Answer of the Day - do you find this useful? Click on the title of the question to read more answers on the subject. If one likes the answer given by that particular affiliate, he can click on the link given to read more answers from that affiliate.
Similarly loads of information & links available in the ECA,EZ and PB tabs .This implies that the affiliate should never click through the tabs with the intention to collect the VPs only, but should take the time to ‘study’ and find new ways to move forward and succeed.
3. The primary roles for the Affiliates are selling Triple Clicks products and services, and also recruiting SFI affiliates. If we all focus primarily on these, I am certain that we will be able to achieve our goals. Surely there is talk about residual income, duplication, sponsoring etc but these are all in aid of our core (primary) roles.
4.Now let us examine the different methods other than the above mentioned daily tasks ,which can help us progress in our business
i) OJT ;On the job training-One should would emphasize training & learning about core roles in SFI, what they entail and how to go about carrying them out. Therefore, allocate training time in your weekly schedule. Set out a training schedule say monthly and include in there such things as SFI Basics (refresh), the Launch Pads (refresh) SFI texts, using SFI tools, Internet Course, marketing & advertising, sponsoring etc.One needs to know what he/she is doing .Self development as a person, mentor and leader are also important,therefore try to do some reading about leaders, motivational skills, inspirational stories and methods for promoting TripleClicks products, PB auctions, EZ games,ECAs etc.
ii) Advertising:This should be done every day, if possible. Without people signing up as PSAs, ECAs or TC members, the business is unlikely to grow. Spend some time using classified ads, traffic exchanges and email advertisers to promote your gateway, or better still, to drive traffic to your website and improve your search engine ranking. Use the social sites like Facebook,Twitter etc for posting. the SFI /TC Marketing Aids & Banners. Make good use of your SFI Gateways to advertise & attract PSAs. Having your Prestige Custom domains will help in giving a personalized touch too your Ada. Owning a personal blog/domain will enhance your advertising tools.
iii) Sponsoring. An awesome sponsor should be able to train and motivate his/her people to succeed in SFI - to refer PRMs and sign up PSAs.
Triple Clicks takes on itself to contact & promote the products once we acquire the PRMs.
This leaves us free to focus on sponsoring the PSAs and CSAs.
To regularly ensure new PSAs and CSAs are contacted and welcomed.
Check movers list, genealogy reports, VP Ledger and send out encouraging and tips notes wherever relevant. Send out newsletters, streams, training notes to team members
Check and reply to all messages from team members
Send out congratulatory messages to those reaching milestones & acknowledging achievements
Update team online training material at team website/FaceBook group etc at regular intervals.
Run incentive contests for all your team members.
iv). Research. This goes hand in hand with items (ii) & (III) above especially advertising: etc.
a) What are the market trends regarding what people are buying online
b) What do they spend their money on?
c) Who are buying items online?
d) What are those business programs that can help me build my business.
5.Lastly teach and encourage your team mates to duplicate what you do to earn BIG INCOME. Sponsor five active PSAs & teach them Provide support to these 5 active affiliates and encourage them to "DUPLICATE" what you are doing. It is very important that you show your affiliates what should be done by doing it first yourself. Lead by example. Remember: You cannot ask your PSAs to do what you yourself are not willing to do. “Sponsor - Teach – Duplicate” is the strategy that you need to implement successfully, if you want to be successful in SFI!
6. Finally , these extra tasks vary accordingly as per the stage you are on. These different stages are:-
i). Beginner /Fresher
As a beginner focus on the following tasks to become EA2:

I would carry out the following in my day to day interaction with people for distribution of Wave-3X cards:-

1. Ask my friends and relatives to check out the WAVE3 (W3) program Give them my TC gateway url‘.

2. Next,I will give out these X-Cards to friends, family members, co-workers, associates, etc.

3. Place them in every out going piece of postal mail I send out (like electric bills, water bills etc.).

4. Leave one of these cards with my bill/tip each time I dine out at a restaurant.

5. Whenever I take a taxi or ride by a public transportatI will "forget" this X-Card on the seat before exiting, for the next passenger to collect the same .
This helps in publicity & advertising TC.

6. Contact owners of small retail stores and arrange to have them distribute these cards to every customer with their purchase receipt when they check out. Provide them with a supply of cards with an agreement to pay them a couple of cents for each card they will distribute for me.

7 In a similar manner,I will contact local restaurants that deliver food (pizza, Chinese food, sub sandwiches, etc.). Offer to pay them a couple of cents per card for distributing these X-cards to customers on behalf of me, with their deliveries.

8. Contact companies who ship goods and arrange to have them put one of these cards in every order they ship.I will provide them with a supply of cards and agree to pay them three to five cents for each card "piggybacked" in their packages.

9. Contact direct mail companies and arrange to have them insert this X-Card in every envelope/package they mail out. Provide them with a supply of cards and agree to pay them a few cents for each card they mail out for me.
10. Hand over these cards to neighbors

12. ‘Conveniently’ forget them at the airport lounges and parks

13.I will motivate my down line by buying these cards & distributing the same among my PSAs/CSAs.

1.This tab is a very important one for monitoring the progress of our SFI business.
2.It highlights the activities of the PSAs and CSAs in our team. It gives the following details:-
a) Present Rank
b) Nationality
c) E365 status
d) VPs acquired for the month
e) Points required for advancing to next level
f) Overall, Country and Class Power Rankings
g) Date of Joining
f) Last login
3. The above mentioned information really helps you in tracking the progress of your active team members-both PSAS & CSAs- during the week.
4. This is the first tab I click on daily as I am keen to know whether the movers list has increased or not. This movers tab can be compared to the pulse beat of our SFI business. More the number of active affiliates better the chances of them reaching higher levels; consequently the award of VPs to us – the team leader- for respective levels of each of our PSAs.
a) Each EA2 level PSA we receive 100 VPs as their team leader.
b) Each BTL level PSA we receive 150 VPs as their team leader
c) Each STL level PSA we receive 200VPs as their team leader
d) Each GTL level PSA we receive 250 VPs as their team leader
e) Each PTL level PSA we receive 300VPs as their team leader
5. Next, I click on each name on my movers list, go to their respective VP ledger and check their daily tasks. If they have not been completing all the 12 tasks to score 12 VPs daily, I note down the uncompleted tasks and remind my movers politely through E- help cards asking them to complete all available tasks everyday to maximize their VPs.
6. In case one of my movers is struggling to attain a few VPs say 50-100 approximately to reach any of the levels EA2/BTL/STL/GTL/PTL by the end of the month with only a couple of days to go, I guide him with a few tips as how to acquire the remaining VPs
7. At the same time, I always make it a point to motivate my movers as & when they reach a higher level with an E- Congratulation card and re-assigning a few of my performing down line..
8.If I happen to see one of my performing affiliates suddenly failing to log on for more than a day, one E-card is mailed promptly reminding him/her to log on dailty & encouraging him to patiently carry out his daily tasks apart from practicing the duplication policy to recruit and train his down line of different levels.
9. I maintain a regular written communication through individual mails/E-cards with each one of my affiliates (both CSAs & PSAs) in my movers list always guiding them with tips & SFI latest info/policy and encouraging them to be persistent, patient & regular in their logging in by spending a minimum of 45-60 minutes of their valuable time in promoting/running their online business.

1. Well this question is quite tricky! Communication either through a professional SFI mailer or a personal email (G-mail/Yahoo mail etc) depends on the nature of communication as well the particular individual it’s addressed to. Both have their own pros & cons.
2.Staying connected with your PSAs plays a major role of not only in keeping the momentum of your personally referred team members in their personal and business growth but also most of all strengthening the relationship and foundation of your SFI organization.

A) When to use the PSA Mailer:-
i) For sending important updates about SFI’s news, changes in policies and about the latest innovation in SFI. This will update everyone in your team to be prepared and to be in time in making the necessary adjustments to avoid losing momentum of growing their SFI businesses. This info can be send through weekly PSA/CSA group mails.
ii) For sending weekly tips and advice for your PSAs. Show them how you tackle a topic such as Marketing methods, Internet income course etc., one at a time.
iii) To communicate the marketing strategy of SFI. Share any fresh related changes or important information that relates to marketing their SFI businesses.
iv) To discuss effective methods in achieving SFI’s goal taking into consideration the ever changing world of marketing.
v) For communicating to your PSAs/CSAs the importance of widening their knowledge base. This is an important part of growing their SFI businesses that should not be neglected. B) When to use your PSA’s/CSAs email addresses: -

Well, the only drawback is whether the affiliate will see the message and read it. Some inactive affiliates will not open their mail from SFI while they might open that from their sponsor or co-sponsor. Remember that some mail from SFI mailers will go both to their personal email and to their SFI messages. But these are both given as being from SFI.

1. There are umpteen numbers of activities to promote your SFI business daily which are enumerated below:-
i). Word of mouth advertising. Talk to colleagues, relatives and friends and try to make them join SFI using your SFI gateway.
ii) Sticking/pasting posters of SFI and Triple Clicks in public places like Malls/Multiplexes, Town Halls, Local Parks, Educational Institutions, neighbourhood streets ,Social Clubs and several similar locations.
iii) Dropping the Wave -3 visiting cards in taxis, public transports while travelling in them, leaving these cards behind after paying the bill with ample tips to the stewards in hotels/restaurants you dine.
iv) Handing over these W-3 cards to friends & relatives, after explicitly explaining to them the fringe benefits of becoming a PRM, asking them to log in using your TC gateway printed on these cards.

xiii) Communicate using marketing & advertising tools by using IM (Instant Messaging) and by ‘chatting’ on line, emails and tele-conversations.
3. These are only a few of the activities you can confidently adopt to promote your SFI business-as experienced by me . Please keep in mind that you will have several more activities added to this list as your PSAs/CSAs and your SFI business grows in course of time!!

i). Word of mouth advertising. Talk to colleagues, relatives and friends and try to make them join SFI using your SFI gateway.

Hi Dhiraj,
1. Time you need to invest to build a profitable SFI business depends on several factors as appended below:-
i) How fast you want your business to grow.
ii) How far in your business you want to proceed
iii) Your experience in online marketing
iv) Amount of resources you are ready to invest.
v) Your level of computer skills.
2. If you are a slow and steady type, content to move steadily to your goal then 30 minutes a day will get you there in a few years along with some investment each month to make it happen!
3.If you are prepared to put in part time hours say 15 hours a week and have mullah to invest it can start to happen in a couple of years ;
4. If you are very skilled at team building and personal recruitment a little quicker than two years!
5.If you want instant results there is not enough time in the day to make the system work for you.
6. If you have no funds to invest and want results within in a year or two then I would say that full time thirty five to forty hours per week for at least a year using every recommended tricks of the trade is the only way to go!
7. It is not the time that you spend that counts, but it is what you do during the time you spend in SFI, that counts.
8. You need at the very minimum 10-15 minutes to complete your red tabs! However, when you log in and complete your daily, weekly and monthly red tabs you will have accomplished this task at the very minimum!
9. This is reflected in your movers tab observed by your up line and he comes to know that you are a motivated and dedicated affiliate who is out there in SFI to achieve your set goals. Your benefit is that you will stay in your up line's mover tab and he/she will be more willing to provide his/her time to support you. Many of the affiliates don't even attempt to complete this one simple task.
10. But the most efficient method to earn a profitable business is through sponsoring and duplication! Your goal should be to become a great Team Leader to recruit more affiliates and spread knowledge; by helping your downline to duplicate, you will in turn earn even more money.
11. But when PSAs finally arrive you will have to dedicate time for them. You have to teach them everything you know, including the tricks of the trade secrets; with their success comes your success and there is no other way to build a profitable business. Therefore there is no fixed rule for the number hours spent in SFI!
12. Investing money in S-Builder, purchasing PSAs to Go,paying for Advertisements etc will surely speed up your business..
13. Therefore your answer depends on your budget. How much money can you invest on advertising and driving traffic to your referral personal gateways?
14.Well ,this is how I go about spending time in SFI web site;every Sunday I complete my daily and weekly tasks, if it is the first of the month, my monthly tasks also on my To-Do List. This includes sending out my group PSAs/CSAs mail and my stream messages. If I have new affiliates, I send individual welcome letters. I also play TC games and bid in PB auctions.
Remaining days of the week, I complete my daily tasks; do online advertisements using the marketing aid & banners of SFI and Tripleclicks in my personal blogs & websites.
It may take me from one hour to three hours or more,depending on how much work is there for me to do. If there is an auction, or several of them, it could take me more hours. Then, handing out gift cards and talking to people about SFI and TripleClicks uses up time as well.
15. To summarize, the number of hours /day/week spent on SFI differs from individual to individual for a profitable business. Hope my answer has conveyed some ideas about what you want to do and the level you want to reach in your business. Finally, I would advise you not to really bother about the time factor; time flies when you're having fun!

1. Well Maja, your question is quite contradictory. One generally criticizes an employee or a person working under you. Please understand that in SFI all the affiliates both the up line and down line members are equal partners/associates in this online business; therefore the concept of “constructive criticism/quality criticism” does not arise.
2. Yes, many of our down line affiliates do require a lot of guidance especially if they are new to online marketing/duplication. They do tend to be careless or show lack of interest while carrying out their daily tasks, once they log in. Out of the 11 /12 tasks available, many of them select four to five of these tasks & review the same; thereby losing the remaining 6-7 daily VPs. They also tend to skip some of the getting started action points thereby missing a lump sum of 100-3500 VPs due to carelessness or ignorance.
Some of them even fail to review their daily launch pad lessons as they may be unaware of how to go about it.
3. Well, this is how I go about guiding them without any criticism. I start my mail, appreciating their involvement and dedication by logging in. Next I make them realize the value of each versa point by mentioning these VPs as their “bread & butter” in their chosen online business. I gently warn them not to neglect these precious gems which can play an important role in increasing their commission benefits from the common executive pool.
At the same time I also guide them step by step in clicking the right tabs to review the Launch Pad lessons, especially the yellow tab on the right hand corner of the launch pad page to collect the 15 VPs. I have found many of them are unaware of this 15VP yellow tab. Many of them also do not click the survey questions in the “daily to do list” action points and select one of the options for each of the twenty questions.
Some of the others do not know how to go about using the SC tab for voting the answers given by different affiliates to questions asked by others(both beginners & experienced affiliates) ,thereby missing another vital daily VP .I also had a similar problem in my initial stages. I used to regularly miss out the VP for Ask SC as I did not know how to go about clicking this tab to open the 10/20 answers for voting!
4. Whenever some of my down line fail to log in, I immediately shoot out a mail to them reminding them that they cannot afford to exhibit such carelessness if they want to progress in their business. Well, this is another mild way of advising them.
5. You should generally go about giving them friendly tips from your experience in SFI, instead of criticizing or finding fault with them.
6. Further, using some of the phrases given below will guide & help you to evoke the right response from them, each time
“Hope all fine at your end”
"I have noticed that you are doing fine, but some of your actions are not going as planned".
“I am always here to help you succeed on your terms"
“Why don’t you try it this way?
“Are you approaching in the right direction to achieve your set goals and plans in SFI?
“I am also having an issue; can you help me with your advice?
"I would advise you"
"I would suggest you"
"I would solve that problem in this way..[explain the solution]"
"I think it can be solved in another, more effective way"
Finally, to close the mail you can use-"Let me know if that helped you"
"If you still don't understand, just ask me and I’ll try & explain you better".

2.My advice would depend on how motivated, active my PSAs are as well as the number of active EA-2 PSAs under their respective down lines..
3. I would never ask an affiliate who takes on the initiative without any motivation from my side to slow down. I do not think it is wise to slow down a self-motivated person who is leading and taking initiative on his own. This could possibly lead to discouragement and cause him/her to lose interest.
4. Therefore,it would be wiser to step back and watch. See what your PSAs are doing, and allow them to explore. Just be available for them when they have questions, monitor their Versa Ledgers and offer suggestions to help them.
5. There are areas of duplication that each of our PSAs must honestly discern and then build capability on in order to proceed with the business. When the learning process would have already built in our PSAs the confidence of pursuing growth and success in this business, then they can be encouraged to seek leadership positions in a higher level.
6.If as a team leader,I find my PSAs have demonstrated by actual performance on these capabilities, skills and attitudes,then by all means I will encourage them to go beyond EA-2. However, I would emphasize, the pitfalls of leadership without an actual team organization, viz. at the least, the recommended three to five active EA2s to support. To my mind, having an active Team should be the measure of and a proud achievement for one to enjoy the fruits.
7. On the contrary, if I find some of my PSAs need lot of spoon feeding & motivation at every small step they take in progressing in SFI and if they do not have any performing, active down lines, then I would definitely advise them to slow down, requesting them to organise at least a minimum of 3-5 PSAs with EA2 rank before they become team leaders!!
