1.Well, I would prefer a brief preview of SFI opportunities to my prospects than a lengthy detailed information. But this brief preview should be honest and genuine information. When people become interested, it's good to share more information in details. But this sharing of basics should be carried out in installments in the follow up mails! This will keep the would be affiliates interested and make them understand the “fundas” of SFI. Small doses of information will definitely educate them in running their SFI business.
2. The SFI home page is well designed with an ocean of self- explanatory information on marketing, duplication, advertising,sell,buying etc. --which are the tall pillars on SFI foundation. You may direct them to go through their respective Urls of the above mentioned basics.
3.Further, it’s better to provide my prospects with a brief positive overview that leaves my prospects with a positive mental picture; after digesting the brief preview they will have an insatiable curiosity to do their own research and find the required info themselves and learn more. You should allow them ample freedom to acquire knowledge readily available in the SFI home page but at the same time be readily available to offer them helpful guidance as & when they request you! You should encourage them to read & digest the available info and then only clarify their doubts if any!!Leading them to your to JMT gateway will provide all the basics about Tripleclicks & S FI,your profile,your achievements,personalised invite from you and not the least-the testimonials from other affiliates!!
4.I would like to conclude with a word of caution; whether long or brief preview, it’s essential not to give any wrong, misguiding info to your prospects. Initially, they may join; but once they understand the reality they will quit immediately.

1. As & when a affiliate joins SFI, the most important things for him/her is to learn how to log in daily so he/she can earn all available VP. Look at the content of each tab, note their sponsor info as well as their own at the top of the page and see the layout of the page (take particular note of the translation in case English is not their primary language)
2. However, I would advise my sponsored affiliate to start from the fundamentals that are freely provided on the SFI Home page.
They are the following:-
a) Go to this url: https://www.sfimg.com/start and watch start up VIDEO .
b) Read SFI BASICS-url: https://www.sfimg.com/SFIBasics and thoroughly understand it.
c) Complete the ‘fast tract tasks
d) Complete all “getting started “actions in TO DO LIST
e) Read the LAUNCHPAD lessons.
f) Confirm your registration
g) Mail out their commitment letter.
h) Submit their profile picture to SFI.
i) Complete your Affiliate profile

l) Guide him/her to check the SFI mail inbox daily!
3. After this initiation, after a week’s time, I would refer & guide him to the Forum and encourage and hi/her to go through the ASK SC questions & rate them .

1. I would rather admit that managing affiliates in your team coming from different countries with different cultures, languages & time zones, is not an issue at all in the first place. As a matter of fact, it’s very interesting & a wonderful opportunity to deal with people from different races, religions etc on a global platform. I do take it as a pleasant challenge to guide, help & encourage my global affiliates to perform well and progress in SFI.
2. Isn’t it better to run a business on which people are working around the clock around the world? This is definitely a positive feature of the SFI business.
Analogically speaking, our online shop is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, 12 months in a year.
3. I do understand the following:-
a). SFI is a global internet business.
b) The affiliates who are sponsored & sign up will hail from different countries with different languages, time zones etc.
c) This also calls for making good use of the 24 hours available in a day to contact with my team mates by mail, mobile, online chat or any other media source.
d) Though languages are not the same, English can be used for global communication.
e) At the outset, it is important to understand that there is only one "Business Culture", especially in the world of Internet-the culture of efficiency, cost effectiveness and multiplying your income!
4. Moreover, SFI has given us the additional luxury of a language translator which I make very good use of in my team communications. When I sponsor someone speaking a different language and not understanding English, I use the translate system provided by SFI and send the group/individual mails. This has helped me in number of cases where the response is prompt & better when mail is translated into respective languages of my team members.
5. Once you focus on being efficient, providing cost effective ways to do business and helping people make money, the affiliates around the world will understand your message. This will ultimately break the language barriers and attract people to your business, regardless of their culture,race,religion, language of communication or their location on the global map.
6. I use my tools of communication quite effectively; they are my
a) Personal tools like my own websites, my blogs etc.
b) Collective tools like the social media (Twitter, FB, Instagram etc) and the built-in SFI Marketing and Advertising features /banners ,Gateways etc..
7. Finally to summarize, managing the team with many cultures, languages, race, religions and time zones is always welcome.
Presently, sponsoring active & performing members under your team is the biggest challenge for all of us .Patience & perseverance are the keys. Let’s be optimistic that who ever is serious will definitely become active - if not today at least in future!!

1.The SFI Forum is the nerve centre of this rewarding & challenging online venture.
Frankly, I was not aware of its existence for nearly a fortnight after joining.
But since the time I came to know about it, there is no stopping me from browsing this page, enlightening myself with all the queries & replies from fellow affiliates, discussions on new topics/Newsletters & suggestions. I have started clarifying my lingering doubts also in this forum!Hence you see that I have been making good use of this forum and am delighted to have earned the prestigious badge of a “Forum Guru “ a couple of months back.

Therefore with my own experience of involvement with the forum, I can enumerate several reasons to first visit the forum daily in the initial stages & later on after understanding the role of this forum to take active part in the discussions, enlightening your fellow affiliates with your opinions, suggestions, views etc on topics related to SFI as well as non-controversial general topics.
a). The Forum is a global platform where affiliates from 200 & odd countries interact with each other following the guidelines and regulations that are set by the SFI management. This is where discussions take place on various developments,changes and announcements that are important for the affiliates to be aware of.
b) This is the place where affiliates can interact directly with Gery- our SFI founder,clarify their doubts, give suggestions, convey their frank opinions on various topics & policies.Am very happy to confirm that invariably there is a prompt reply from the Founder for any of the affiliate’s questions with useful advice /suggestion.
A number of my own queries have been answered personally by him!
c) The Forum provides answers to many who are unable to find them outside the Forum.
There are innumerable experienced affiliates (veterans) who are eager to answer,advise & motivate you with your queries.
d) This is the cyberspace centre which also allows new members to get together and discuss issues that are important for their business and to seek guidance from the old timers who have been in the business longer than others.
e) Different topics related to SFI as well as Triple clicks are clearly earmarked by various categories in order to facilitate your query into the area that fits the description of your query-this makes it easy for you to ask your questions as well as find answers very quickly.

1. We all are aware that out hundreds of PSAs sponsored by us,we will be lucky to get around 10 of them who would be active & appear in the ‘Movers’ list.
Your question can be answered considering two stages:-
A) Stage -1:-
This is the initial stage where you go about sponsoring through verbal,social media, SFI gateways,your own blogs,Prestige custom domain gateways,personal domains etc.
At this stage your goal should be to sponsor a maximum number of fresh PSAs.Out of the sponsored affiliates,once you get a reasonable number of active PSAs (say 5 to 10 of them) who are sincere and dedicated in logging in & carrying out the daily tasks and earning a minimum of 1500 VPs per month to reach the EA level,you can proceed to the next stage.
B) Stage-2.
Please remember that at this stage you have already have a minimum of 5 to 10 active, performing EAs. Now is the ideal time for counseling and training this limited number of performing PSAs in the art of duplication. You have to go all out “tooth & nail” bucking & encouraging these fellow affiliates of yours to sponsor more affiliates under their down line. These will in due time increase your earnings indirectly!
2. As many of us have experienced,these active ones known as ’movers’may decide to take a ‘nap’ all of a sudden even after sufficient motivation/encouragement from their respective sponsors.
3. As & when you arrive at this cross-road, you will have to re-switch to Stage-1 for recruiting more affiliates. Hence,it’s a question of recycling from one stage to another as the situation demands
Finally,to summarize, both of these goals are required but at different stages.

1. Using the analogy of gems, PSAs can be compared to diamonds and CSAs as sapphire. Both of them have their own values.
2. In a similar manner, it’s highly advisable to give adequate weight age and pursue both PSAs and CSAs. Both of them bring revenue to your income and are the strong pillars of your SFI business. i) Revenue from PSAs and their down line: Matching VPs and 45% commission from their direct sales. You also earn matching VPs from the different levels of their down lines!
ii) Revenue from CSAs: 15% commission from their purchases/sales and matching VPs from the TC executive pool!

a) Sponsoring through verbal & online marketing through your SFI Gateways, Prestige custom domain gateways, SFI/TC banners & Ads on personal bogs, public & personal domains etc.

b) Second Home CSAs allotted in different share ratio as per the team leader status! These CSAs are already exposed & trained by their sponsor, make best use of them as their new Co-sponsor.Train them with additional new information that they were unaware of and make them better quality CSAs.
c) As prizes through Daily Grand draws

5. Finally to summarize, concentrate on acquiring PSAs through methods recommended in para 3 above & at the same time enter in daily draws/games which offer CSAs as lucky prizes/bonus.

1. Well, I presume you have faced a similar plight like most of us in this awesome business venture. My experience is also no better. Out of a total tally of 370 PSAs & CSAs put together I have more than 225 of them whom I have termed “sleepers” who have not earned even a single VP. They seem to have merely clicked, signed up, lost interest immediately and gone to sleep without bothering to log in again.
2.My modus-operandi is to regularly send them motivating tips & guidance by individual /group mails on a weekly basis without fail. We never know,these inactive affiliates may have a sudden change of mind probably due to our constant reminders and re-start logging in & perform their minimum daily tasks to earn their VPs, which is their “bread & butter” in this online SFI business.
3. My priority will be:-
i) To send weekly mails to my first & second level PSAs.
Ii) Next to send mails to my Second Home CSAs. These affiliates have already been sponsored earlier by a different person but not communicated or trained by the earlier(original) sponsor and therefore assigned to you; hence it will be easier to make him/her realize the value of logging in regularly to progress & achieve the vast benefits-attractive commissions from the executive pool etc.
iii) I will not bother for my CSAs ;this is because they already have a regular sponsor with them who should be communicating, giving useful tips & training them as how to earn VPS & go about sponsoring through ‘duplication”
4. I have occasionally been surprised by getting some response back, even if it proved short-lived at times, but it certainly doesn't hurt to include the re-assigned PSAs too.
5. Please understand that out of these inactive PSAs /CSAs, a few can surprise you by turning into precious ”gems’ for your business!
6. A final word of advice, you will lose nothing by keeping in contact with your inactive PSAs /CSAs by e-mails regularly as there are good chances of waking these sleepy heads sometime or other!
Never feel discouraged but keep it going. That’s my motto!
Yes,it is very much worth it to keep sending emails to PSAs & CSAs with 0VP and lying inactive for months!

1. I would say both have their respective merits for success in their own way and will help my business. One should have a plan to achieve a certain goal of success when you venture out with these activities. Let us systematically study & analyze both of them - playing Zebra games & bidding in PB auctions- one at a time.
2. Playing Zebra Games. They can be classified into two broad categories.
a) Games of intelligence, general knowledge and skill
Knock out Trivia, Time Machine, Gold Streak, song of the month etc
b) Games of luck along with experience and study of past games
Pick the price, T-Time, Pick or Punt, TD Tally
Most of these games require T-credits to enter other than PTP & T-Time. All you need to do in a game is to review winning tips and play and have fun. You may or may not win due to the random nature of the games.
You may be lucky to win unlimited T-Credits, which can be leveraged to win more T-Credits; this process goes on until you have a huge number of T Credits, if your luck holds good, with “dame luck” smiling on you!
These T- Credits can be wisely used to bid & win merchandise from the PB auctions. If you already have the same product you can sell the same with a small profit margin and progress in your SFI business. This would allow you to have a profit margin from your activity. While playing the games there is no guarantee that you will win anything, but they are lots of I make it a point to play T-time number of times a day as it is a free game all of the time. I am happy to let you know that I had won a total of 36 T credits (18 times lucky) in the month of October! So go for it dedicatedly that too when you have 24 free chances in a day.
3. Bidding in PB Auctions:-
This takes more research time, know-how and a certain level of T credits to be profitable.
An auction can be fun but is more a strategy "game" of sorts to win or even participate. The basic tips are not enough and you need your own winning strategies.
You should have a sufficient stock of T credits ranging from 500 to 800, before you launch your bidding. You have to adopt a progressive strategy by starting with I WA (First win auction) to Junior Auction
(less than 9 wins) before you plunge yourself into the ocean of bidders and finally the “Bulldog” auctions!
Right now, with the recent changes made to the rewards you get for bidding on Price bender auctions, I would go with that. This is the new B&B program where 50 Bids = 1 PSA.
For every fifty bids you make now, you get a free PSA, which helps you to grow your down line and increases your earning potential; consequently, you are showered with the following:-
i) you earn 5/10 MRPs for each bid you make,
ii) You earn 01 precious VP for each bid.
iii) On top of that you may win a valuable item in the auction, if your strategy & luck hold good!
iv) There is also a bar that goes across the screen during the auction at different intervals of bidding costs and if you place a bid during the 5 minutes of these intervals of the bar, you can win 4T-credits on the flash draws.
4. Auctions are quite difficult but not impossible to win; with the added incentive of earning a fresh PSA for every 50 bids, you can venture out confidently to partake in these auctions.
I have decided to increase my frequency of participating in PB auctions, in order to earn more PSAs. thereby increasing my earning potential .
5. Finally to put it in a nutshell, playing games & bidding in auction have their own benefits. We can not specifically point out that one of them is better! Judicious use of both these activities will bring you success in the long run and make your business grow & make it a big success!
