Our movers are our potential to grow in our SFI business. They are usually 1 to 5 percent of those who sign up under us.

They are counted as movers if they have logged in in the last 10 days and have earned VP. We have a special tab for movers in our daily task which you can see your PSA and CSA who have logged in in the last 10 days and earned VPs.

If you want to see all the movers in your entire organization, you can go to genealogy and the first Quickfilter drop down menu is "My movers" you click on that and you will see your movers up to the last generation that you can reach.

All the people in your organization should receive your weekly team message, BUT the people in your Movers specially your PSA and CSA should receive special attention. This is where you will exercise your coaching and mentoring. So here is what you can do.

1. Establish a one on one conversation with your movers. - You ask where they are comfortable to engage in a conversation. It could be through email, chat or Skype. It is important that whenever they need help you are there.

2. You monitor their VP ledger to see where they are not earning VP and send them tips how to earn them.

3. You share to them your techniques and strategies how you are growing your SFI business. Be open also to what he is learning that he share to you.

4. It is important that you have enough knowledge of SFI and TripleClicks Processes. So study, read and learn continually.

5. Encourage them to follow what you are doing right. This is duplication.

Now if you are still new and you have already your movers you can set the environment of "learning and journeying together" and always ask your Sponsor if you do not know the answers.

There are basically three things that we do in SFI. 1) We earn VP to qualify us for rank 2) We find affiliates 3) we teach our affiliates, specially our movers to do no. 1 and 2. The techniques in doing 1 and two are the essence of how we grow our SFI Business.

There are three "like currencies" that we are using at SFI TrippleClicks. Most items are priced in these three currency-like prices. We can use these three to buy any items from TripleClicks with exception of few.

1. The real money - with real money value. We transact with SFI with real money either through credit cards or Paypal.

2. Tcredits - You can use TCredits not only to buy items from Tripleclicks but you also also use it to play games, to bid at auction to download song and to list item for sale. You can buy these Tcredits at different prices depending on the number of Tcredit you buy at a time. You can also win this from auction or as a prize or reward.

3. Member reward Points (MRP) - You earn these points as rewards to what you do or as a price for contest and draws.

This is the relationship of these three "currencies".

1. You can use real money to buy Tcredits but you can not buy MRP with money.

2. You can not exchange Tcredits with money (unless you use it to reward new PSA) and you can not buy MRP also with Tcredits.

3. You can buy TCredits with your MRP but you can not exchange your MRP with real money.

How about TCurrency?

TCurrency belongs to the category of real money. This is use by the countries where credit cards and paypal are not accepted in online transaction.

In these countries, there are few individual who can transact business online, probably they have relatives in other country that they can use their credit cards or open paypal account.

They apply as local vendors of these Tcurrencies. People from their country transact with them and the Local vendors transact with SFI. They buy Tcurrencies and use these T-currencies to transact at SFI and these are good as real money.

This is not a question of "either or" or "which one is better" because we need them both, but rather we can ask on "which one first".

I would advise that you do the promotion first locally. In fact, the first thing I advise my new affiliates is to list down the people they knew. Then I let them identify who among them are already interested on online earning programs.

Among them, the priority are those who have already experience buying online. These are the people who have credit cards and or Paypal account. These are important characteristics because we want to earn commission early to sustain our status.

PSA from Personal network of relationship also has a high chance of being active once they sign up because you can personally coach them in your own language and with in your cultural practices.

Once you exhaust all the people you know in your locality, its time to expand to other places and the best way to do that is through internet marketing.

There are several methods that you can try both on free ads websites and paid ads websites, depending on your capacity.

What you need to do as sponsor is to point then to resources that will help him read SFI contents in their language. Here are some of these resources.

1. The SFI website can be translated to many different languages - look at the bottom right of the page and you can see there a drop down menu of any language that you want the website be translated to. So, he will have no problem understanding what is written in the SFI website.

2. To solve the problem of communication between the two of you as sponsor and affiliate you can also use google translator. He can send you message in his language, and when you receive it translate it to english and answer it in english but translate it first to his own language before sending it to him.

So, difference in language now is just become a small barrier as long as they are willing to learn and persevere until they suceed in SFI.

Genealogy is a very powerful tool on monitoring your progress and your downline's progress with SFI. Thankfully almost all the search needed to monitor these progresses are already preset at the "QuickFilters" dropdown menu.

So, "QuickFilters" are my number 1 tricks in getting most out of my genealogy. This help me plan my messages to be sent for each group in the QuickFilter. Among the Filtered search at QuickFilters are:

1. Movers - I send Tips and strategies to my movers at least once a week.

2. New PSA (Today, Yesterday, in 10 days and in 30day) - I prepared message also for each of this group.

3. New Assigned CSA (today, yesterday, in 10 days and in 30 days) - I also have prepared email for each of this group.

4. EA last month and not EA yet this month - I usually use this every 20th of the month, try to examine how many VP each one is short to reach EA. I make individual suggestion on what to do so that they can reach EA.

5. For New EA and Team Leader this month - I congratulate them and give them tips how the can maintain their rank.

6. The last log-in search are also helpful in monitoring who have log-in and when - I usually use this to encourage them to log-in daily showing the advantages of doing so.

There is another search that I always use to find out whether my affiliates are doing sponsoring. I look into their PSA's using the "Sponsor ID" search. I put the ID number of my affiliates to see if they have already sponsored someone. This a very important information because without doing sponsoring it's quite difficult if not impossible to earn from SFI.

So, That's the most important search (Tricks) that I used to grow my SFI business.

You are right that communication plays an important role in growing our SFI business. But not everyone can translate what is in their mind into writing. I was not a good writer either but I use simple technique in writing my thoughts.

1. I start by asking what is the question? or what I want to communicate, in other words what is my topic. I Make sure that I understand the topic well. Example your question is about writing well and not about Team. So I will focus my answers on how to write well.

2. I write several keywords that I will use to give clarity on the topic. Example in your question the keywords that I am following are:
a. Understanding the topic.
b. Using Key words.
c. describing the keywords.
d. Practice
You notice that letter a is what I discuss in no. 1, leter b. is what I discuss in no.2, letter c is what I will discuss in no. 3. and letter d is what I will discuss in no. 4.

3. Start describing the keywords that you have written. Describe it in short sentences. Or describe it by numbering like what I am doing. As you combine these sentences it forms a paragraph whic it cohesive and purely talking about the keywords.

4. Practice, practice practice. Our forum is a very good place to practice. then if are already qualified to answer question here at Ask SC, do so. Do a little research as you practice. So that you begin to write sensible content. Knowledge gives you confidence to write.

The best way to encourage our downlines to purchase from TripleClicks is to help them understand that when they buy it is for their own advantage.

So, we ask when is the time or in what circumstances that buying from TripleClicks is for their own advantage? Here's what we can share.

1. It is for their advantage to buy from TripleClicks if they can transfer their purchases of the common things they use in the house from their usual store to TripleClicks if those things are available.- In this way they are earning VP at no or very minimal cost.

2. It is advantageous for them to buy from TripleClicks if they see that there are already PSA's becoming active. This will set an example in encourage your PSA to do them same, at the end you also earn commission greater than what you spend.

There are some technical issues that you also need to help your downlines so that that their buying will be smooth. Like helping them understand the buying and payment process. Help and guide them in finding what they need from TripleClicks. In other words, make it easy for them to buy if they are ready to buy.

From a sponsor's point of view, a good affiliate is someone who is working and can give you income.

There at least two characteristics of a prospective good affiliate:

1. He/she should be keen on earning online; interested in learning or has earned online before.

2. Someone who has the capacity to transact/buy online, i.e., he or she has a credit card or Paypal account and has tried buying online before.

What are the ways to recruit these good affiliates?

The first step is to find them, and you should be able to identify that they are potentially good affiliates.

The best place to start is your network of relationships. Your relatives, friends and colleagues. You know them personally, therefore, you will know who among them has the characteristics of a good affiliate.

In social media, for example, you can type in the search bar any related keywords to earning online, and you will be presented with list of people who are talking about earning online.

When you go to paid ads or buying affiliates, here's the rule of thumb that you can follow in finding good affiliates: Ten percent of your total recruits from this method will try to do something and 10% of that 10% are your good affiliates. So only about 1-5% percent of your total recruitments through this method are good affiliates. You want 5 good affiliates? Then find 100 to 500 PSAs through this method.

It's quite a challenge but not impossible to help an affiliate who have limited access to a computer.

SFI can be done not only in the computer but also in Tablets and some cellphones. The daily task can be done easily through these gadgets but the challenge is doing online marketing but still it can be done.

In this case he should do more warm marketing to find affiliates. and use his limited access to computer to do some online marketing. You need to coach him how to do it so that whenever he access a computer he just directly do what to told him.

Another problem probably related to computer is the access to the internet. Again this is a challenge but there are already many hotspot with free internet connection in the malls for example on in many other establishment, just schedule a certain time a day and do the daily task there and do other important task in the computer once you have an access.

There is nothing impossible if the your affiliates is determined to do His SFI business.

The basic resources we need here at SFI is a gadget (computer, tabs or cellphone) and internet connection. Once you have these two then you can still do SFI even if you have limited access as long as you use your limited access wisely. and of course be determined to succeed.

There are three basic activities to build a thriving SFI business. What you mentioned is only part of the first.

Let me enumerate these three basic activities.

1. Earning Personal VP. There are two kinds of personally earned VP. Sales VP which you earn when you buy from TripleClicks and Action VP which include the ones listed in TO DO list.

Just doing your TO-DO list will not bring you anywhere, but it contribute to your needed VP every month. However even if you always complete your VP for your desired rank, the earning will still be minimal. In fact you might end up spending than earning.

So aside from Earning VP you should get involve in two other activities.

2. Finding affiliates - Affiliates are the hope of your business, without affiliates it will be difficult to make your SFI business works.

3. Apply Duplication - This will help in making your affiliates become active. Teach them to imitate what you are doing.

With this three, you will be on your way to succeed in SFI.
