How do I encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order?

Hmm... Since I dont have a standing order my self because i don't have credit card I would like to share "How I encouraged my affiliates to have an standing order even if I don't have". I have at least 3 who have an standing order.
1. I introduced them to standing orders and tell them honestly why I can not have an standing order buy if given the opportunity that will be one of the first thing I will do.
2. I will give them the link to explain the benefits of having a SO https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/StandingOrders.

4. I offer help if he expressed interest of setting up an SO.

How do you use the information in your Genealogy about the VP your affiliates (individually and collectively) have generated?

The genealogy is a very powerful tool for sorting our affiliates up to the generation to us according to our rank. The different tabs combined the filtering system is really great to sort out your affiliates. One of those is the versa points earned by each affiliates.
I use it most to monitor my matching VP. I press Versa Points Tab. Then I sort the versa points "This month" then it will show the affiliates in all generations with the highest VP this month side by side with their Versa points last month and their rank. I copy and paste those EA up in excel then in one column I pick those who are Team leaders and EA2 (=if(cell where rank is indicated)="EA","",(cell fo the earned VP this month)) - This excel command means, if the cell is EA put blank, otherwise copy the VP this month. Then the result just drag it down and all those matching VP will show. Then add them.
Second I use the versa point information sort out in descending manner. Ether this month or Today to show the active affiliates in all generation. then if I see someone who need help immediately I send them message.

What should a new SFI affiliate focus on to ensure a good financial return in their first month?

Since this is the expectation of many who are joining SFI this is worth answering with straight forward answer. Although this is difficult to attain because SFI is designed for long term income but it is possible.
The only thing that an affiliate should focus on to ensure good financial return in their first month is sell items from Triple Clicks Store.- Although we can sell product anywhere and across the internet but we must understand that most of the sales will come from our own PSA who have recognize the potential of SFI, and has the financial capacity to jump-start his own SFI business. He will set up all the the infrastructures for his business like putting up a standing orders, buying several S-builder, buying PSA's. bidding for CSA's in Pricebenders and buying his own household needs from TrippleClicks. Now it difficult to find these kind of affiliates outside your network of relationships. So, start listing the names of the people you know, find out who among them are keen to online earning and are in network marketing.
If you are an internet marketing savvy, you can also try SFIPPA where SFI will pay you for your recruits based on their activities.
Again I will repeat SFI is designed for long term income but its possible to earn in your first month.

How does sponsoring many affiliates help me?

We need affiliates who are working like we do. and get that kind of affiliates is playing a number game. It 1% to 5% of our total affiliates in our downlines. Youe need 5 people like you? then find at least 100-500 affiliates. That is why we need tons of affiliates.
How have you used SFI's Live Chat (the yellow bubbles that appear in the Genealogy, etc.) to your benefit?

One thing I like with live chat is it is displayed very prominently on the other end. And id very noticeable even by those who are new in SFI. With this feature, I use it to communicate urgent and important messages to my PSA's like they have to take advantage of the 500 bonus points in 24 hours. and also with my CSA's. I use it very often when I visit each of my PSA and CSA and have some suggestion for indidvidual affiliates I immediate click that chat logo and send an offline message. I usually get a response compared to messaging and sending email. I also use it for the same purpose to ask question to my up-line.
There need for improvement however about this live chat, It seems that messages didn't go through immediately. Probably if SFI would add an audio to it the better.

Why are badges so important?

Badges are known in military. You don't get it for nothing. It has sentimental and psychological value. Here at SFI, we also enter SFI with zero badges. As we do our task or accomplish something we are rewarded with different kinds of badges.
It is important all the people involved with SFI.
- SFI management use it to motivate and recognize its affiliates for their achievements.
- For the affiliates it gives a sense of accomplishments and pride. But at the same time he also use it to motivates his PSA to emulate what he has accomplished.
- For the PSA it gives them inspiration to work hard also.
- Foe the prospective recruits it give them confidence that the person who is recruitng him is reliable and omitted.

Relax, and be friendly and initiate the chat.
1. Prepare ready made friendly greetings. Make several greetings.
2. See his/her profile where he/she is coming from. Be familiar with some greetings from some countries.
3. Most importantly, always keep in mind that you are there for this person to help.
What's the best way to get new affiliates going on doing their daily tasks on a regular basis?

First I tell them to earn at least 500VP for the next 24 hours to get 500 bonus. All the task to earn these points are found in TO-DO list. Then I tell them that the more points you ear the more income you have. So make it a point to earn points everyday. Make daily schedule for it. Then don't forget to learn as you earn. The I assure them that I am here to help them for any question they have.

I will answer this based on my experience. Almost all my sales are coming from my PSA and CSA. So the most effective way to generate product sales is BUILD your PSA. CSA will come in different ways but one of the best way to get CSA is from PriceBender.
