First of all we must know what are the factors that helps us build our SFI business, the we choose the products that will contribute to these factors.

There are three factors that help us build our SFI business.

1. AFFILIATES

We need a lot of affiliates to be able to build our SFI business. We have four types of affiliates. PSA, CSA, ECA and PRM. We can not buy CSA, ECA and PRM from the TripleClicks. We can only buy PSA so allocate budget for PSA every month. PSA is the most important affiliate in our buisiness.

We can also have PSA and CSA indirectly by buying TC and use it to bid PSA and CSA from Pricebenders auction.

So, Buying PSA and TC from triple Clicks is important to build your affiliates which in turn build your SFI business.

2. PERSONALLY EARNED VERSA POINTS (VP)

Personally earned VP is important in obtaining and maintaining your rank. You need at least to be EA every month to get the most of being SFI affiliate. You increases your VP as your active affiliates increase.

The best product in SFI to maintain at least 1500 VP is the 125-TC Pack. This is double purpose, because you are able to maintain your EA status and at the same time you can use your TC to buy PSA or bid for PSA and CSA at Pricebender. So, you accomplish 1 and 2.

So, buying 125-TC pack is the best for completing your VP requirements and you get PSA and CSA too.

3. DUPLICATION

You need to teach and encourage your affiliates to to the same as what you are doing. Finding affiliates and earning VP.

What products you can buy to use in encouraging your affiliate to duplicate what your doing? I suggest that you reward him also with TC or gift certificate. But since you are already buying TC you might as well use it to rewards PSA who are working.

CSA exchange is a new program of SFI where you can exchange your CSA to CSA's from your country. The main purpose is to encourage activities among the affiliates. The principle is, people tend to communicate more or do work more if they are in the team who have same language and culture.

Definitely we should take advantage of this program, but since this is left to us we need some solid basis when and who among our CSA are we going to exchange.

For me I used these criteria and method of selecting affilaites for CSA exchange:

1. I first filter my CSA from the oldest to newest to join.

2. From the result of 1, I Choose those six months and older.

3. From the result of 2, I choose those who just sign in and did not log-in after signing up. and have a total VP score of Zero (0)- Meaning they are completely inactive for the last six month. What do you expect from these CSA's? they are all candidates for exchange.

You can do the filtering of 1 - 3 at once using the filtering facility at the genealogy.

4. From the result of 3, The first one to go are those from the third world countries. - aside from being inactive probably they don't have the capacity also to do SFI.

5. I encourage the remaining CSA's in step 4 while they are still with me, but once all the first batch are already replaced they are the next batch to go.

6. If I will have good result for the replacement, The next batch to go are those who did not log-in for six month and have a total VP score of less than 50, 100 and so on.

7. I plan to do this in a monthly basis.

Since almost all of our PSA's joined SFI to earn, so I keep that in mind in my welcome letter to them.

There are three main parts of my tips/message in my welcome letter.

1. The different streams of income as affiliates which are:

a. Commissions from purchases of PSA, CSA and PRM.

b. Commission from the Sales of ECA.

c. Profits if they sell their own items, as they are allowed to sell either second hand or brand new items or services.

d. Share from the executive pool.

e. Payment if they recruit for SFI. (SFIPPA)

f. Rewards and prizes from many games and draws in SFI and TripleClicks.

I just make 1 sentence description of each, I just explain the details when they ask back.


2. The three success factors namely:- There fore they must concentrate on these three.

a. Finding affiliates. - all kings, PSA, CSA, PRM and ECA. - Since they are they once who can give them income.

b. Earning enough VP - to qualify for correct ranks that will match their affiliates.

c. Duplication - teaching their affilaites to do what they are doing in a and b.


3. I communicate that I am there to help in every stage of their journey in SFI.

So far this is giving me high rate of response from my new PSA.

There are three main Success Factors in building our SFI business that you can spend your TCredits.

2. Personally earned VERSA POINTS (VP)

When its time for you to become a Team Leader (when you have enough PSA and CSA) you need two kinds of VP, the Sales VP which you get when you buy TCredits (and other items) from Tripleclicks and the Action VP from your daily, weekly and monthly tasks.

However, the Action VP that you earn from daily, weekly and monthly task is not enough to maintain your team leadership, you need some more sources of action VP. The best source of course are your PSA turning EA2 and above. But if you do not have enough active PSA yet, it is not enough to complete your AVP requirements, so you use your TCredits, to play games, download music, member listing and for bidding. These activities will earn you action VP's.

3. DUPLICATION

You use your TCredits as reward to those trying to do what you are doing. You can use it to encourage your PSA to recruit their own PSA, or for reaching EA or for doing something positive. You can also pass on TCredits for those who want to try bidding or other features at TripleClicks.

Honestly there are only three habits that we should develop to ensure that our SFI business grow continually. These are the three foundation of growing SFI business.

1. Earn VP daily. The VP that we earn will give us the rank that will entitle us to certain privileges like the Executive pool. Take note that every rank requires different amount of Action VP and Sales VP. Your rank should be balanced by your active affiliates.

2. Take effort to find affiliates daily. - Affiliates are the backbone of our business, we are almost doing nothing if we do not take effort to find affiliates. It will not matter whatever method you use. You can buy you can advertise you can contact people face to to face, you can distribute flyers etc. etc. see to it that you are doing something realted to recruiting affiliates daily.

3. Make it a habit to communicate to your affilaites specially your movers. Your objective is to let them follow what you are doing. this is duplication, the power of multiplying and exploding our business.

We treat our ECA's like our PSA's. Therefore we should contact them as often as we contact our PSA's.

We can contact them them through:

1. Private Messaging from the chatting facilities we have at SFI.

2. We can contact them through group messages.

4. we are also given their email address so we can contact them through email.

5. Out side SFI we can also contact them through facebook or skype.

There are many benefits when you use forum every day. It is the reason why SFI put one special tab for all of to visit the forum. This is very helpful in different stages of your journey in your SFI business.

1. In your early stage you use forum to ask question and almost immediately get an answer. This is very important specially if your sponsor and co-sponsor are not very active.

2. Forum is where you read similar problems encountered by other affiliates. They are given answers by those who are ahead.

3. Forum is where you can contact Gery, the president of SFI. He is very active in answering questions and clarifying issues.

4. Once you grow a little bit in your understanding, forum is the best place to share it. You can check your knowledge if it right or wrong by the comments of others. Forum really is a place of enhancing our SFI knowledge. Not only by answering questions but even writing inspirational articles. Answering questions in the forum is also a way of practicing answering question here at Ask SC.

5. You get rewards if you actively participate in Forum. You get the daily VP even by just staying few seconds in the forum. Once you learn to answer questions in forum you can try ASK SC and get more reward if your answer is voted up. Most specially you get a Forum Guru badge if you reach certain number of sensible posts.

1. Analysis and Strategies - SFI is very flexible program you can go as fast or as slow as you can. It also has several paths you can follow to have successful SFI business. Because of this, we have to analyze how we can best approach our business. Depending on our resources and knowledge on Internet marketing. This topics are very interesting and would really make your content valuable to your downlines.

2. Experiences - You own experience or the experience of other affiliates who have been successful in SFI are also valuable content. Example, what is your experience about S-builder coop and buying PSAs? What is your experience in promoting SFI in Facebook? So, there is a need for you to try many things at SFI to have these experience. The longer you are at SFI the better experience you can tell.

3. Simplified Summaries - Some find information at SFI overwhelming, especially if they keep on clicking links. One valuable piece of content in our newsletter can be a simplified summary of what is there at SFI.

Example: we only need to do 3 three things to be successful. 1) Earn VP 2) Find Affiliates 3) Teach your found affiliates 1 and 2.

Another example in earning VP: Just go to your To-Do List and go over the list one by one and do what is asked, then you earn the equivalent VP as indicated in the list.

Video is now one of the most powerful tool in promoting your business including SFI of course. But before you can promote SFI through videos there several preparation you should do.

1. Prepare the content of your video. Select the information that you want to put in your video and arrange them in logical manner. In your content use a call to action within your videos to encourage people to like, rate, comment on and share your videos

2. Decide how you are going to present it in video. Is it through voice only? through illustration only like power point style? or both. You can even present it through drawing or cartoons. This will depend on the skill you have in putting thing in video.
