If you become serious with your SFI business there are many things that can change in your life of because of many direct and indirect benefits.

This financial benefits has really change my life, I went home from working abroad bringing with me SFI, now I have a monthly income enough to meet some of our needs. I travel using my earning from SFI. I am working hard to buy a lot where I can build our house.

Again this does not come automatically, you need skills and strategies how you can build this business to its profitable level.

2. Skills Benefits - Since I joined SFI, I learned a lot of internet marketing skills. This skills is very valuable because I can use them not only in SFI but in other internet income programs. Many of this skills are learned right here at SFI. We have tons of valuable materials here at SFI for successful online marketing.

3. Social Benefits - We meet lots of friends from all over the world. Our, sponsor, co-sponsor, our uplines, PSA, CSA, ECA PRM, our a2a friends and the people at forum. They help us and we help them. SFI become like a big community where people interact.

There are three basic elements of promoting anything both online or offline.

1. Know your product

In case of Uber-Picks this is a guessing game who will win in foot ball games both in Europe and North America under FIFA. The other games is Crickets which are being played worldwide by different national teams.

2. Know your audience

The obvious audience of Uber-Picks are the sport enthusiasts who are following the two sports. Now the most important part of knowing your audience is where to find them.

In social media like face book it is easy to find where the sports enthusiasts are. Just type foot ball, or crickets in the search bar of face book and you will be presented with several groups. Join those groups and start posting and make comments inside the group.

If you type the same keyword in search engine like google and add the word forum, you can also find several fora talking about the sports (foot ball and Crickets), join the forum and start posting.

Another method of finding audience is making a blog or website about this two games and insert your link going to the Uber-Picks page.

3. Make Appropriate ads and method -

Your ads depend on where you will be putting your ads, be careful to follow rule in social media and forums where you will place your ads. Write it carefully and choose images appropriate to your ads. Many times you need a series of ads to be able to see the effect. Note that people take action after they see an ads several times.

There are three areas that you should learn to be a good Team Leader of your group.

A. Learn to be a leader on KNOWLEDGE.

SFI has tons of information. It's not just enough to read them to be knowledgeable but you need to see the BIG picture of SFI business and able to connect every details that you read to that BIG picture.

The BIG picture are "The Streams of Income" that are available to us at SFI. Namely:

1. Commission from purchases of our PSA (45% of CV), PRM (45% of CV), CSA (15% of CV). - If these are our sources of income then we should learn how to find these affiliates and learn how to make them active.

2. Share from Executive Pool - Our share depends on the number of VP's we earn (Personal and Matching VP) - If this is a big source of income then we should learn how to get tons of VP.

3. Royalty from ECA - We get 10% of CV - If again this is a source of income then we should learn how to recruit ECA.

4. From the profits of the goods and services that we sell at TripleClicks - Therefore we should learn how to become an ECA ourselves.

5. From the sales of our Listing - therefore we should learn how to sell out old stuff.

6. From SFIPPA - You earn for significant action of the people you recruit for SFI.- Therefore you should learn how to recruit affiliates for SFI.

You observed that all our activities are related to these streams of income, so be knowledgeable on how to earn them.

B. Learn to be a leader in your ACTION.

It is not enough that you have knowledge and keep on telling your team to do them with in fact you are not doing them yourself. Always lead by example. Your ACTION is seen in your BADGES. A good leader of action must have at least 20 badges under his name.

C. Learn to be a leader in your STRATEGIES.

It's not enough to be doing things there should be a reason why you do those things. There must be a blueprint that you are following and that is your STRATEGIES. Example; what is your strategies in finding affiliates? Face to face? buying? winning them from auction? paid advertisement? Free ads? social media? we should learn all these strategies and do and teach them to your affiliates.

So learn to be a leader in Knowledge, Action and Strategies (KAS) to be a good Team Leader of your group.

Everyone here at SFI are thinking BIG in this 2016. This will only happen if we contribute to its success. SFI is a very fair company and giving part of its income (40%) to all the affiliates who are working hard.

For us to have a meaningful contribution for SFI to have a BIG year in 2016 we should put in mind that almost ALL income of SFI and its affiliates are coming from SALES. How do we do that as SFI affiliates?

1. We must help in advertising items from TripleClicks - This is good for us because we earn our commission and this is good for SFI because they earn too.

There are three "like currencies" that we are using at SFI TrippleClicks. Most items are priced in these three currency-like prices. We can use these three to buy any items from TripleClicks with exception of few.

1. The real money - with real money value. We transact with SFI with real money either through credit cards or Paypal.

2. Tcredits - You can use TCredits not only to buy items from Tripleclicks but you also also use it to play games, to bid at auction to download song and to list item for sale. You can buy these Tcredits at different prices depending on the number of Tcredit you buy at a time. You can also win this from auction or as a prize or reward.

3. Member reward Points (MRP) - You earn these points as rewards to what you do or as a price for contest and draws.

This is the relationship of these three "currencies".

1. You can use real money to buy Tcredits but you can not buy MRP with money.

2. You can not exchange Tcredits with money (unless you use it to reward new PSA) and you can not buy MRP also with Tcredits.

3. You can buy TCredits with your MRP but you can not exchange your MRP with real money.

How about TCurrency?

TCurrency belongs to the category of real money. This is use by the countries where credit cards and paypal are not accepted in online transaction.

In these countries, there are few individual who can transact business online, probably they have relatives in other country that they can use their credit cards or open paypal account.

They apply as local vendors of these Tcurrencies. People from their country transact with them and the Local vendors transact with SFI. They buy Tcurrencies and use these T-currencies to transact at SFI and these are good as real money.

TCredits welcome and Cash Welcome are tools to keep our new affiliates active once they join SFI. This question is asked because you can not use both at the same time, but you can shift in using them on different time.

Although I have a preference but ultimately you have to follow what work for you. To know what will work for you you need to test both. Take two campaigns either by posting paid ads or buying PSA from TripleClicks vendor.

The campaigns must be the same, then use Tcredits welcome at first and the Cash welcome on the second. See how many percent of your PSA will become active, by using your welcome Tcredits or Cash welcome.

If I will only use one of them I would use the cash Welcome. For simple reason, familiarity. Although Tcredits and cash are two currencies uses in SFI but almost all new affiliates do not know what a TCredits are. but all will know what a cash or gift certificate is.

It must be clear to us that we can only earn commission from any product we promote if:

1. The buyer inside SFI is ether our PSA or CSA. We do not earn commission from other members of SFI if the seller is not our own ECA. We earn 45% and 15% of CV respectively.

2. The buyer are not member of SFI yet - they then become our PRM when they buy. We earn 45% of CV.

3. The seller is our own ECA. We earn 10% of CV.

With this in mind we must therefore promote the product of our favorite ECA's to:

1. Our PSA'a and ECA's inside SFI. We can do this by featuring the product in one of our group mail. Be sure that you bought it first and tested it to be good.

2. Promote the product outside SFI. In social media for example like face book and forums. They then become our PRM.

This is something that you do not choose "either - or" because we need both. What is important is you are recruiting.

Your recruiting tools and the audience where you are recruiting will determine whether you will recruit PRM or PSA.

Here is the Key.

If you are using any features at TripleClicks you will be recruiting PRM's. These features include.

1. Promoting any item sold at TripleClicks - This is good to promote early in your SFI journey because this will give us an outright income.

2. PriceBender auction. - This is good to promote to competitive people and wanted to buy items at lesser price.

3. Any Zebra games - This is very light and friendly tool and very easy to promote because it does not sound scammy.

Usually PRM gives you short term income but they can become long term if they will sign up also as affilaite.
