If you must welcome new affiliates using the phone, the first thing to do is to introduce yourself simply and quickly, ie.

Depending on the response, you can then assuage any feeling of hesitance or unreadiness to start by promising to send an email.

“Would it help you better if I send you a E-mail with simple guidance and procedure for you to follow?”

If the answer is yes, then you’re in business.

To contact your warm market, it would also depend on the relationship you have with your prospect.

For a relative, a simple, casual phone call will do. Try this:

“Hi, cousin! How are you going? Are you doing anything special today?
Remember you asked me about my latest project? I have just won another auction for 99c! If you’re free today, I’ll come around and show you.”

For a friend, try this for a Friend's Challenge.

“Hi, Best Friend,
Are you still up? Just want to share an exciting news- I just won in Knockout Trivia/Gold Streak/Card King and I’ve started an Uber League. How would you like to join me? You'll enjoy the games. Let's see how you can beat me or I, you!”

These are only some of the sample scripts you can use. Try and see what happens.

Whatever you do, know why you’re calling, prepare the call, set the ball rolling by making a statement and asking question.

Put a smile or laughter on your voice that can be infectious, especially when calling a friend or members of your family who live far from you.

And focus on being of service to them for maximum effect. Then think of the next step with a mutually-agreed follow up appointment.

Your first contact with your PSA when you send a Welcome E-Card must contain a sincere and warm welcome that makes the new PSA feel special and that he’s just joined a special team led by you.

The next step is to see to it that the new PSA is given extra special attention to getting started properly, with friendly guidance.

Always check in after a few days to see if he needs further assistance in understanding SFI procedures, and offering a one-on-one mentoring will make him a valued member.

Do this to all that join your team and every one will feel loved and cared for. When someone is having a birthday, send a Birthday E-card, share the happy occasion with your team.

To be a good listener in online marketing you need good eyes for reading, and a keen mind for understanding what you’re reading.

The rules of conversation are the same, no matter what mode you’re using.

We can be actively listening when communicating with our team online in much the same way as when we're communicating with people face to face. You say what you want to say, and I will listen and understand what you want to hear from me.

While online, we have the advantages of seeing and reading first what is being written on screen via SFIM, Chat box, Team Mail. unless you’re communicating via Skype where you can see the other on screen.

When someone engages you in conversation online, let the other person state what he wants to know first, then respond after reading and understanding what the question was.

Listening online is much simpler and one can be very effective, attentive and active listener and misunderstanding can be easily avoided, rectified and explained in a clear and simple words because of active listening/reading..

Approaching the CEO or other VIP of a large national company to become ECA is feat worth preparing for. It is a Big challenge!

Like David in the Holy Scripture, you only have a slingshot and a few stones in your pocket to kill the giant Goliath.

So preparation is crucial.

As CEOs and other VIPs of large corporations will be difficult to approach, their lofty positions require them to be surrounded by numerous staff who have individual duties ad responsibilities. These CEOs and VIPS are constantly spending their time in the boardrooms, discussing strategies and other important ways to conquer the business world. They won’t have time for a small fry like us.

So do a research, find out the name of the company’s advertising executive or manager. Then prepare a letter addressed to this person. Type your letter on a printed TC Letterhead with a short message asking for appointment any time and any day of the week that’s convenient so that you can do your short presentation in person.

Start the preparation. Purchase a TripleClicks Portfolio, if you haven’t got one yet. It is a very handy zipped-up portfolio in a cool green colour with the TC logo in it. Fill it with half a dozen TC ECA brochures, X-Cards, and other TC litiratures. Have a business card to give away and provide your prospects your contact information in case they'd like to ask you some questions later.

On the day of your appointment arrive early, dressed properly with a tie if you’re a guy and a business dress if you’re a lady. You want to impress as a professional.

For quick and professional presentation, have a laptop or any device with you. Select to present an ECA with similar products as your prospect and how being an ECA himself he can help his company’s products gain international exposure and boost his company's profits because of SFI’s global reach.

After the interview, give a Gift Card as a thank you for his time.

If it doesn’t work out the first time, try again. there’s another Goliath waiting for you! Replenish the stones in your pocket, and aim for a good shot next time.

Being an SFI Affiliate has changed my life for the better. You have to be in SFI to know and experience the many subtle things that will affect your personality, the way you look at things, at people around you, and how you deal with certain issues in life.

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT. This is the most profound change in my life since being an SFI Affiliate. Sfi has opened my eyes and my perception of myself which is not flattering.
With the changes that occurred over a period of time, I have discovered some things within me I have not given much thought about nor cared about.

Not being tech savvy person, I have difficulty in following and understanding technology. But now I am slowly overcoming this flaw as I learn and continue to apply what I’m learning from the Training and other resources, from posts at the Forum, and from answers in Ask SC.

Becoming a team leader. Not even in my wildest dreams did I think I’d be able to become a leader of a quarter of a million people from around the world, people I have never known nor seen personally, or could ever hope to meet. This is just the fantastic result of being in SFI which is being embraced by millions of people around the world. Building a team from scratch, learning how to become awesome sponsor to prepare one to eventually lead this many people who join SFI, to share one’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and understanding of human nature by personal development in order to achieve a common goal of financial freedom and success is just beyond belief!

BUSINESS ACUMEN. SFI has also taught me some business sense with all the training in business building and salesmanship provided free, that even a basket case like me can understand and follow. That building a home business on the internet is possible because of the simplicity of the plan which is a combination of sponsoring and purchase/selling of TripleClicks products.

PATIENCE, PERSISTENCE, AND PERSEVERANCE. Being in SFI has also taught me the importance of this 3 P’s. Patience alone, which is not my virtue, will not give you success without the Persistence to keep on and the Perseverance to follow through what has been started is the key ingredient to achieve success.

These are only a few of the most important changes in my life since being in SFI for over three years. I’ve certainly changed for the better.

With the New Year’s day announcement of the 5 new programs by Gery Carson, it is exciting to think of the future.

The Designated Diamonds Program is the one that will make a huge impact on my business in 2016,

With the $200 Signing Bonus and a new prestigious Diamond Badge, there will be a new commitment from those invited, and so a new commitment from me as well to increase the level of my support for them in a multiyear period. This is a very serious commitment from both PSA and me as their sponsor. I will happily go the extra mile to help my team grow and reach the top.

From the moment a commitment message is received, I will review the personal details of the PSA in their Affiliate Profile Snapshot.

The Score on their PS will also reveal something of their personalities and abilities and what they expect from SFI.

The comments if they wrote it own, will also tell what they want their sponsor/upline to know about them.

So before sending an invitation for the Designated Diamond program, look at your Movers List. It will show you-

. If they’re regularly appearing on your Movers List and not missing a day
. Are earning more than the daily VPS of 11- 15 VPs,
. If they had requalified and secured their rank on the first week of the month.
. Their current rank and if they're diligently working to move up.

Then check your Genealogy. to learn more of your candidates. If they're sponsoring/recruiting PSAS on their own- the details of their PSAs will be listed under Gen. 2, and if duplicating properly, will have more on Gen.3, etc.

If they have a Standing Order, their TC sales, if any.

If they're always asking for directions, guidance, and is constantly in touch with you, by team mail, SFI Chat, or by social media, are participating regularly in the Forum, and contributing to the Ask SC by submitting answers no matter how difficult it is for them but because they are willing to try are indications of very good candidates.

If they're faithfully following your advice and guidance, are ambitious, go-getter, enthusiastic and committed.

These are excellent candidates for DD invitation and you must not hesitate in giving it to them.
