I have just reached my turning point yesterday when I logged in and noticed my rank has been updated to Bronze Team Leader! Was I excited! I wanted to reach out to my downlines straightaway and share my success and tell them if I can they can, too! Now there's no stopping me!

I never count the number of follow-up messages I sent to my PSAs and CSAs. Some of them may be inactive for a number of reasons, some are not ready to commit themselves, others cannot decide when to get started and still others joined out of curiousity. It's
true that in any business, Some Will, Some Won't, So What.

But as their sponsor I try to do my best to be an Awesome One, sending messages regularly with offer of support, encouragement and sharing the latest SFI news and valuable tips. If anyone in my team decides to quit or continue to be inactive, it will not be because of lack of encouragement on my part. I value everyone in my team. I will not be the one to give up on them for I'll Never, Ever, Give Up, No Matter What! If I do, then I don't deserve success.
