Communication is a very important part of SFI business. We should all learn how to use it properly to our best advantage. And the best ways to set up proper communications with your new PSAs will depend on your own preference.

The following are the best and simplest ways as we don't need to invent new ones to set it up.

We set up communication with new PSAs early on by sending them Welcome E-Cards. If they are online and the light is on, use the SFIM to open up and welcome

When you give away TripleClicks Gift Cards to your prospects, you would normally advise them to log in to TripleClicks.com/giftcards to redeem it.

At the back of the card is a statement that says the card is issued by Carson Services Inc. which is the parent company of SFI.

TripleClicks is a division of SFI, and once your prospects redeemed the Gift Cards they become your Personally Referred Members (PRMs).

They then might want to check out our online TC store and

We should contact our CSAs as often as is necessary. For example, once CSAs joins our team, we send them a warm welcome E-card and email in much the same way we do with our new PSAs.

This initial contact is followed up after at least a week or 10 days to give them enough time to settle in.

There are new CSAs who may not have a chance to get to know their sponsors and get the help they need to get started, and once you get to check their Profile and VP Ledger you know what

Retiring from SFI is like retiring from life itself. That’s how I feel and so thinking of when to start preparing for retirement from SFI is like preparing for the end of your life!

The time to start preparing for retirement is now and should comprise of the following actions.

Working hard involves physical and mental work. In the beginning we work hard to understand how SFI works, how to get things done and simply how to get started.

We read and learn how to advertise, how to sponsor people to join our business then spend so much time worrying about inactives and non-producers and how to get them started and get moving. We tend to major in minor and lose sight of the Big Picture.

Working Smart is a mindset. It is knowing how to minimise work with

I think most affiliates who join SFI must have a basic knowledge of English that enable them to understand enough to fill up the joining form. But problems may arise when communicating once they log in and try get started.

There are many ways to overcome the language barrier. The following are some of the most practical ways we can use to our advantage.

GoogleTranslate. Although Google Translate can only give a literal translation of English words to another language, it can

Getting more of my team participating in SFI's quarterly Leadership Challenge is a big challenge in itself.

I have only ever won once, and it's not due to lack of effort or enthusiasm - it just did not happen again! Workers are hard to come by, and we need to keep looking for one every time a new PSA arrives.

My one and only Leadership Challenge Badge has been one of my prized possessions in SFI. It is there for my team to see and aspire to achieve without any pushing on my

The ONE thing my affiliates struggle with most has to do with finance.

When they joined SFI for free, it is normal for them to presume that they had found a solution to their financial problem.

But once they realize that it needs time and a little investment and hard work to start earning from the SFI business, they start to lose enthusiasm and become inactive.

Instead of doing the basics, they stop logging in and jump from program to program in search of a quick
