There are many appropriate answers to this quesstion; but I believe the ultimate question that you are asking is for us to give you some of the ways that we have used that have worked. Fine.

One of the best ways that I stay in contact with my team is through social media. I use the normal SFI site to do the emailing and all of that, but when I see that I have a potential worker; whether PSA or CSA, I request them on media like Facebook, Twitter, LinkdIn - things of that nature. I try to

Regular contact with PSAs and CSAs is vital for the business. Sunday weekly PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, or Genealogy Group Mailer is mandatory. I usually contact my PSAs on Sunday, my CSAs on Monday and if there is SFI news to share like the new Marketing Center or E-card program, or milestones, I use Genealogy Group Mailer to reach the team.

But there is more to it than meets the eye. A good sponsor should be at their team’s disposal as much as possible, like a doctor on call. As soon as

Most affiliates who have answered this question “advice” that contacting one’s PSAs and CSAs once a week is sufficient. (I wonder if they say that only because SFI encourages us to do so and rewards us with 30 ACTION VP when we do and I wonder what they response would be if SFI didn’t encourage us in this way.)

However I find contacting my PSAs and CSAs (and even my A2A friends) is easy – it’s whenever I wish to and have something to say. The difficulty I have is getting a

Hi Eva,

The best way to stay in contact with PSAs & CSAs is understand their need and help them if they feel your support is use full for them they will keep in touch with you also you can communicate with them

We should decide it watching their VP ledger how to communicate & contact them.
If we feel we should give some extra guidance to lead them we can send 2-3 message. Remember maximum of 3 messages sufficient if we sending more mails and repeated messages it

Hi Eva
Hope all is well and prosperous for you.

The best way to stay in contact with your PSA's and CSA's is to use the Team Mail facility. When sending out a message to your whole team though, always use the ~FIRSTNAME~ code as this will seem more personal to them rather than Teammates, friends etc. They will feel that you have sent the message to just them personally. Always read it back to yourself before sending it too. As this way you can put yourself in their shoes and

HI. my approach to that is to use your genealogy to send them team mails at least once a week because if you send them more than that they may assume your being pushy when you are only trying to lead and guide them and help them stay on track. and if you have PSA'a and CSA's that are doing well..take the time out to send them an individual email to let them know that you really do care about the progress that they are making and that show of care will make them want to strive to do even better just

From my experience, the best way to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs is through the weekly mailer as recommended by SFI. This is because the mailer is the best guarantee you have that your message will be delivered as sent. You can send bulletins, tips, motivation articles and general howdy to your PSAs and CSAs at least once a week. I think once a week is about ideal as SFI recommends because i believe sincerely that they must have a lot of reasons and some proven experience to back their recommendations.

I think once a week is best through the genealogy mailer, but sometimes some members need more attention. For them, as often as needed. Most people don't seek out answers directly, but if someone emails you with questions it is best to find the right answer(s) as soon as you are able!

Otherwise, I communicate with both active as well as inactive members every week or so, give or take a few days. Sometimes once every ten days and sometimes once every five or six days, but I communicate

Hi - Indeed this is a good question. People will have many PSAs and CSAs as their down line. But most of the PSAs and CSAs will not be in active stage. So as a Sponsor, it is your duty to connect with the PSAs and CSAs and help them to clarify their quires on SFI to build the business.

Best ways that i can suggest are...

1. Motivate the PSAs and CSAs through weekly emails.
2. Use the social networking sites like Facebook, twitter and stay connect with them and help them

For me the best way to stay in contact with my PSAs and CSAs is by sending them mails through our PSA/CSA mailers once a week, that is the reason why we are awarded 30 versapoints weekly by doing it.

You can also send your mail to their personal e-mails if you wish to stay in contact with them, also by sending team mails through your stream portion.

Too much contact with them is not good too. Some joins for No reason at all, they just happen to sign in. Good luck.
