What are the best ways to stay in contact with PSAs and CSAs and how often is best?

HI. my approach to that is to use your genealogy to send them team mails at least once a week because if you send them more than that they may assume your being pushy when you are only trying to lead and guide them and help them stay on track. and if you have PSA'a and CSA's that are doing well..take the time out to send them an individual email to let them know that you really do care about the progress that they are making and that show of care will make them want to strive to do even better just because you showed them that you do truly care when they succeed at something.

As I build my downline, what are the common mistakes I need to avoid?

As you build your downline ,the biggest mistake that I always try to avoid is being sure that I respond to my downlines' emails within 24 hours tops and when I sign in to my sfi page be sure to be visible showing up online so that if they need you ..you will be available to offer your assistance to them..and also if you see that they are online try and start up a chat session with them..but the biggest thing is always let them know that you are there for them and cheering them on as they advance in their business. and also
try and have a contest for them every once in awhile you don't want them to feel like
their is never any reward for them to work towards keep it fun and rewarding and I think
you can avoid a lot of common mistakes..I hope this was helpful.

I almost gave up on SFI. What did you do to keep pushing forward?

It's easy..I decided that I wanted a better way of life for myself and SFI has all the training tools and everything right there in front of me and it's free which is a big plus. and I knew that if I follow their 3 basic plans and log in every day and perform
and do the duplication methods as described how am I going to not prosper? the only way that I won't is if I just give up now and quit..I have come too far to turn back now and I am not giving up on having the better things in life and being able to provide for my family..and don't you give up either..the way I see it it would be the biggest mistake anyone can make.so please stay encouraged :)

Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?
Good question..I think duplication is a major step in the SFI business if you can lead
your down line in a duplication process that is working for you.Be sure to teach them the same actions that you are doing and if they see that it's working for you..they will
be sure to follow..to succeed and by that happening not only will they prosper in what's working for you..but they will also be able to recruit new affiliates and teach them duplication..and that way you should be able to increase your earnings and they will too.

Hello and great question,the best way in my own opinion to become a team leader
is to choose a standing order of the IHABE business tool which is worth 1500 vp points
or the 125 t-credit standing order which is worth 1500 vp a month and in choosing either
of these you won't have to worry about getting 1500 points every month you will automaticly qualify as an EA and will have the assurance of being a team leader every
month, it is definitely the way to go in my opinion. it's the way I started out.

The most cost effective ways that I personally know to increase your chance of success is to become a team leader in sfi and advertise and promote your business.recruit new affiliates who are actually interested in owning their own business and willing to give it a try and show them how important it is to be active in their business and do something every day to grow their business and with their diligence to work and put in
effort and you all work as a team, you may start to get a few Teamleaders who may boost
you up.. and you won't have to invest as much money because chances are they will start making sales which you will earn from and the points that you earn from them..that would

when you are working with your sfi homepage always review and read everything there is in your homepage learn as much as you can about it and if you have to...do research about SFI
and make yourself available to your business everyday and available to your team.

Let your affiliates know that there are all sorts of tools.tips and ebooks there
for free downloads and using the library and other materials available there will enhance their business and give them great exposure to the business world itself..I know that it has really helped me to get an understanding of how the online business world works.

That's a very good question..because I have just recently received some inactive CSA's
also and what I do is continue to carry out my business as usual..send out your emails to them,,keep encouraging them and let them know about the things you have done that has caused you to move up in your SFI business and also I believe in prayer..keeping praying that they see what you have accomplished and maybe it will open their eyes and make them want progress as well..I hope this helps :)

Very good question, because I was just feeling that away about some of my PSA's..some had stayed away for weeks after they had signed up and logged in. then of course I would still send out support messages to them just the same and then one day some of them came back and got right on top of it and starting earning their vps and getting badges,and I made a comment to one of the PSA and asked him what happened to you..I thought you had given up and he said to me no I haven't given up..I just needed time to learn the material and how SFI works, so just when you think your getting nowhere..the best may be waiting around the corner and just tell them to stay encouraged and be patient.
I hope my account of what actually happened to me when I felt like I was getting no where helps someone :)
