but also the most effective. That's to both PSAs & CSAs.

Then of course comes the part where you look through the

I still find the personal and occasional quick note
asking how they are doing a

Hi Eva,

Let us first consider the ways to be in contact with PSAs and CSAs the we will come to how often.

1. As soon as one CSA/PSA is attached with you is the best time. Send them welcome letter the same day. Advice them to get started.

2. If they have not confirmed their email, contact them through IM & welcome them. Tell them to get started. Listen to video by Gery Carson

SFI has already provided great ways to stay in touch with your PSA and CSA. The system itself works great but you can incorporate your own other methods to suit your communication needs accordingly.

WITH SFI YOU CAN USE:

The Genealogy. It is also called your Affiliate manager and works great in managing your entire team in just one setting.

The Stream Tab. Another great communication tool within the system that you can use to not only communicate with your down line

Of course, the best way to stay in contact with your PSAs and CSAs is by using the genealogy mailer. I would recommend daily contact through the stream at best and at the least you want to touch basis with them every 3 days or 3 times per week. Communication is extremely important to leadership as most affiliates will need your guidance and direction.

Nevertheless, some affiliates are more internet and marketing savvy and will not need as much feedback. So a good rule of thumb to

If they will join you the best tool on the web is daily contact through a Skype Chat, just having that place to log in and get to know each other, share stories, get inspiration, swap resources, and grow as a team with live and responsive communication has been a blessing to every business I have owned online.

How powerful is working in a close group like that with daily interaction? My last team project was generating millions of monthly page views and made money daily from advertising
