1) Your Genealogy Group Mail – One of the best ways to contact your PSA/CSAs as it has no word limitation. For teaching purpose it is very useful. You can contact to use this Group Mail once in a week generally. In some cases, if you think that it is very necessary to inform your PSA/CSAs immediately in a brief, you can use it
2)Team Mail – You can use it to contact a particular PSA/CSA to congratulate or encourage them in a short sentence in any matter as there are word limitation in Team Mail. You can use it several times as and when required
