I continue to encourage them and ask them what things they have unclear. Even if they do not answer, when I see they come online again, in accordance with what they do I reward them somehow or I am asking what help they need.
It is possible that they do not answer and in this case I try contacting someone else from their upper line to see what is going on with them.
Many times this attitude is because that affiliate has a very pessimistic status of thinking or because he/she had not enough

As a sponsor, you should do your best to be a great support for PSAs. This means sending them regular mails (weekly), answering their questions, trying to help them,to guide them and teach them everything you know. Some will really apreciate it so that you, as a sponsor develop a friendly relationship with your PSAs but some people are always dissatisfied with something. They criticize and give poor marks to you as a sponsor. But, you certainly shouldn't bother about it. You can ask your PSA is there

Good question!

Well I think there might a lot of reasons that you could be rated poorly by your down line but most importantly:

Your down line might not really understand the system of rating, he or she might actually wish to rate you high but due to lack of good understand of how the stars works you might be rated 1 or 2 star instead of 5. In this case I think what you needed to do is to try and email your PSAs who rated you poorly ask him or her what they need you to do more

Good question. From my experience I should say that some people are by nature such that they can never satisfy. To continue so busy, they do not always gratify. I am trying hard to provide their personally sponsored affiliates I offer all the support. I send them weekly letters, personal letters to their email and write them carefully for each item, what to do for better results. I advise them to work every day daily activities, to read the basic rules Launce pad ..... to be educated, because only

First off, do not fall into the anger trap or start feeling sorry for yourself. It is more important to find out why you got the poor rating despite your efforts.

It could be something as simple as language. The PSA(s) in question might not be conversant in English and when they translate any communication you send to them, something might be getting lost and they could misunderstand what is being said. Some answers in the 'Ask SFI' section are proof of this, as not all translation

Hi Ronald,

We don't have same standard. Your best support maybe not best for your PSA in his standard.

We also have to admit that some PSA are just rating sponsor indiscriminately they don't care what you do for them.

In your case I guess, and I am also warning other sponsors, you might have unknowingly fought with him at pricebenders auction. hehehehehe. I know you are one of the hunter in Pricebender hehehehe. But honestly, one thing we should do is

Such a sensitive subject - and yes it can actually hurt like a knife in your back.

But you will eventually learn how to deal with it. To some ADVISE isn't enough
for a sponsor to give, there are few who actually expect you to send help through
a Standing Order etc.

Best way to deal with it is NOT to deal with it as it creates self-doubt -
ask in one of your newsletter what they think you should emphasize more on.
It's extremely hard to act on a personal

Humans are really complicated, our PSAs and CSAs included. Sometimes there is nothing you do that is satisfactory.

What you have referred to is something I have experienced myself. You send your letters and get no reply. You catch them online and try to chat and they don't respond. You set up team contests and they don't participate. At the end of the day you get a poor rating.

What to do?

Just keep doing the right thing. Contacting them to ask them why may not even

You should to ask them why they rate you poorly however you should ensure that when you have that discussion they feel safe in expressing their views. You need to be open to take whatever opinions and criticism they offer so that you can get the genuine reasons they rated you poorly. Do not challenge their opinions yet, just accept their views without comment.

It doesn't matter whether they are real criticisms in your view or not because they are real to them. The important step is next

There are two reasons why this may happen.

1. These days, most people spend their shift in a cubicle or at the same station day in and day out, with little hope - or help - to get ahead. So here we are, offering them the world on a platter, along with every tip, resource and creative idea we know of to encourage them to do something great of their own. Although we are sincere, they may find it hard to believe. Also, a lot of people would rather live with the devil they know, rather than
