Hi,
Once you hit your second month in SFI "free" action Versa points become difficult to come by, funding becomes a necessity.

As with every business venture one is supposed to impute not just time, but also energy and the necessary funds. It is important you help your second month affiliates know that.

But then in the event that your affiliate cannot fund the business for now and you can see the persons passion for the business, you do well to assist

What to do if sponsor is unresponsive?

Do the same thing you do when your downlines are unresponsive (In fact we have more incidences of that around here), let them be because they are the ones who should be sending you weekly letters not the other way around! Besides you have other uplines, try contacting them, someone is bound to respond.

I for one have an awesome sponsor, he has been very consistent in responding to any question I ask. Even when he does not have the answers

I want to use an autoresponder on my website. What information do I need to provide to potential Affiliates in follow-up emails?

Hi,
As much as autoresponders make sending replies quite easy, my problem with it is that it is too impersonal. Form a closer bond with your affiliates by attending to them personally, composing a reply that suits each individual's need. The PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer would also come in handy.
Thank you

Trust and truth go hand in hand (and it is not just because they start in the same first three letters). Someone cannot trust you and whatever it is you represent if you do not tell them the truth.

Tell them the truth about SFI. Do not exaggerate your nor downplay your success. This entails you communicate with them, let them learn from your experience.

For example, do not tell your affiliates, "you could win in the Pricebenders with as little as $2."

How can I convince my downline of the benefits of having a Standing Order without them feeling pressured?

The point is that without your talking to your downlines about setting up a Standing Order, TripleClicks would do the reminding for you. I got reminders about setting up a Standing Order each time I clicked on TripleClicks while doing my To Do list, and with each reminder, the benefits were sold.

Frankly having an upline repeat the same reminder often may seem like an overkill(pressuring of some sort). So I would recommend that you should limit stressing the importance of setting up

I believe honesty ranks high when introducing any venture to someone because your reputation is at stake. So I recommend briefly explaining what SFI means to you and then adding to it the benefits that would accrue to them if they decide to register as affiliates.

Do not leave out mentioning that they need patience because this is no get rich quick scheme.
Most important of all direct them to the website sfimg.com so they can read up for themselves.
Keep it brief and straight

For one thing I focused on my long-term goals and I tell myself "This is the building up part, you would get to the reaping part later."

It is important that you don't expect to 'make it' immediately, like it has often been said, this is no get-rich-quick scheme. If you think about how long it takes to start up and build a business to the point of making profit, then you would not give up on SFI, since you have all the tools available to grow the business.

What are the benefits of using the new AFFILIATE E-Cards...and what are some good ways to use them with my team?

I really can't get over the introduction of these beautiful E-Cards. It has certainly made a lot of things easier. You have an E-Card for each occasion. E-Cards don't replace your letters though, But they sure come in handy when you want to congratulate your downlines, or you want to welcome a new one etc.

Take advantage of them, they are for all seasons.

How far should sponsors go to help their affiliates move forward, is there a point you should not go beyond?

In my opinion trying to log in for your affiliates, especially those you are in personal contact with would be going too far. But it wouldn't hurt if you went out of your way to help an affiliate who genuinely needed help, say financially.
I believe that any help you render invariably comes back to you one way or the other. In affiliate marketing your affiliates success is your success.

To me you have to keep an eye on what others in your class are doing and try to do better, after all it is a contest right? But as you do this be careful not to loss the joy of being in SFI, winning should not be an obsession. Though it is a competition, keep it healthy so you do not engage in an all-out 'war' towards the end. You never can tell, as you keep an eye on your classmates they also have their eyes on you.
See you at the top.
