Sad to hear this. In your PSAs point of view your unconditional support might be too much. You would not be able to create a good and health team environment if you are irritated with such a negative/poor rating and later loss focus.

If I were on your shoes, I would highly appreciate my PSAs giving me a poor rating since this gives me a room for self improvement and extend my understanding. If I would comment on myself, I might brag and would never say negative comments of my personality.

You don't have to deal with your PSAs on the terms of them rating you poorly, rather you just need to communicate with them and let them know the importance of the rating.

Maybe you did your best for them but it is like your best wasn't good enough for them. Find out from them whether they are certain things that they require which you never gave them.

Anytime you reward them with incentives, let them know how to use it to their utmost satisfaction and benefit from

Take the bull by the horns and get to the bottom of the matter.

1. Ask them why the low rating?

2. Make sure they know how the rating system works, some may think they are rating you number 1 as a good thing when it's actually a bad rating. Don't lauch I have corrected 3 people on this line of thinking.

3. If there is a problem they have with how you support them take note and adjust your style if needed.

4. Show them sections of the training center and

-You have to be friendly with your teams (psa)
-Help them when they need help .
-Send to them message in which how they can be successful and show them how you are successful by showing them your badges .
-Encourage them by send then gift certificated especially activate movers .
-Tell then to use duplication as you do to have more commissions .
-Use reasigments to give them more psa .
That can make them generous with you and give you good rate .
I HOPE THAT CAN

This is one of the questions I have been looking forward to answering. Before I go on to answer this question, I would like to state some of the reasons why some PSAs still rate you poorly -
1. Some of them may expect you to do everything for them and when you do not, even though you offer unconditional support to them, they will still feel that you are not really trying for them.
2. Some of them may want you to push them up to the next level in SFI within some months after they joined

There may be 3 reasons for it :

1. You are not providing the support in the way as PSA wants from you. Many times we are posting long mails and other materials, which confused a new comer. And he really do not know what he needs to do. Just a communication can solve this problem. Just mail him a simple line "What can I do for you ?"

2. That PSA is trying to demotivate you due to jealousy or any personal reason. In this case, just smile and pray for him.

3.

Hello Ronald,

So, you're giving UNCONDITIONAL support, are you?

I hate to break it to you this way, but if it's 'UNCONDITIONAL' support you are giving to your PSAs, then expecting something in return shouldn't be one of your concerns.

Let me put it this way, stop giving your PSAs 'UNCONDITIONAL' support. Instead, give them the type of support that will help to ensure your mutual success, such as ...

1. Providing them with 'short' bursts of information

Hi Ronald,

I can empathize with you. I just received some reviews from my CSA one gave me five
stars and was so grateful in her comments that it makes me wonder why the other
gave me only two stars.

Please note also that I do not speak another language (only English) and get this joke
the one giving me the 5 star only speaks Spanish, so i had to communicate with her via google translate, while my other affiliate speak English.

Initially when i received

How do you deal with PSA who you offer unconditional support but still rate you poorly?

I always offer unconditional support to not only my PSAs but also CSAs. Even I never offer them or refer them any other business URL which some sponsor/upline always doing

Now if they rate me poorly I have nothing to do after giving them random unconditional supports. I can’t beg to them to rate me. I have seen with my experience in this matter as below.

Nice question.

If you have offered your unconditional support to your PSAs but still rated you poorly, take a pause, just relax and be calm, and just think that WE CAN NOT PLEASE EVERY ONE.

And if you have the patience, and understanding don't STOP to send them your weekly mailer, with your encouragement to make them SUCCEED, and by doing so, they might change their mind for the second time to rate you almost perfect or EXCELLENT.

Let them realize that you are doing
