Firstly, you dont have to exaggerate in your advertisements how SFI works. If you do so, you end up giving your affililiate a different perception about SFI. You must emphasise on the fact the they(Affiliates) must read the (i)Start (ii)SFI basics and (iii)SFI launchpad tabs. After they have read that they will know how to operate. A lot of your affiliates probably think that SFI will make them rich over night, and when they see that this is not like that they are discouraged.
I think from the begining you need to tell them that this depends only on their work and dedication so they shouldn't have too big expectations. But still keep them motivated because the incomes will come in time.
The truth is I can not get somebody to do something they do not want to do. If I am a good leader we can influence others through our actions.I am sowing and planting seeds. A no today just means that they are not ready yet.Maybe 30, 60 or 90 days from now might be the right time.
