How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

First, it is the system and plan of SFI that makes it different from others. SFI has been here for over fifteen years and receiving still lot of enrollments daily. Because people knew once there is a system it never fails.
Secondly, so many quick rich schemes started on a daily basis disappear very soon.
SFI is the only place where one learns and earns.
Here basics have to be understood first and then you build your business on the solid basics. Hence SFI rocks the world.

What should SFI affiliates do every day to build their SFI business?

Affiliate should learn the basic of SFI
1 They should log in on the day one and try to become a fast track member
2 They should go through carefully and read all the lessons in Lauchpad
3 They should log in daily and attend to do list
5 They should visit triple clicks to get familiarized with the products
6 They should contact their up line at regular intervals to get proper guidance
7 Off all new affiliates must learn first about SFI and proceed accordingly

What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

To get an non responsive partner is very unfortunate.This will lead to demoralization of the down line. In such cases the only way to come out is make your sponsor responsive and active. This can be done by sending queries and questions at regular intervals to the sponsor.On receiving such a response from down line will make the sponsor active and responsive.
The other way is to comment on sponsor behavior in a sarcastic way. Like comments being posted regularly.

What's best? Sponsoring fewer PSAs and concentrating on coaching and helping them build...or continuously sponsoring new affiliates?

This is a very good question.
You know that quality is always better than quantity.Pick a hand full say about five affiliates, teach them what is ti be done and encourage them to recruit new ones and in turn teach them.In this case you manage a small team but with more effectiveness,
If you keep on enrolling new people you will end up with a big team but how will you teach and coach them, This only increases your numbers but affects effective productivity.

Transferring T credits to your line is the best motivation and gesture you can show to your down line. In fact it was the first transfer of T credits that has motivated me to grow to this level.
Such transfers will focus the affiliates to go for determined and dedicated work.
This also lifts the morale of your affiliates.
once motivated focused for a dedicated determined work ,success is inevitable.

What do you tell prospects who say they aren't interested in SFI because they don't know very many people?

This is a very good question. the answer is:
Its obvious that for anybody entering in to a marketing field (consumer goods marketing or concept selling or direct marketing,)should know people before they sell.In a marketing field everyone is a prospective customer.We expect sales people to know others is just to get started.
A good sales person will never accept "NO" for an answer.So Knowing many people is not a criteria for sales.
