What should an affiliate do if their sponsor is non-responsive?

So what? Do you want to stop if your sponsor is non-responsive? You have joined here to start your own business. Yes, initially you need some support, guidance and direction to start with. Few people may not be lucky enough to get those from his/her sponsor but that should not stop him/her to get going. There are so many tools, trainings, Forum, Ask SC, your A2A friends where you can clarify your doubts and get help. So never be disheartened and feel alone if your sponsor is non-responsive. Remember, you are working for your business not for your sponsor. So you should explore other sources (there are plenty in SFI) if your sponsor is non-responsive.

At this time, which are the best countries to advertise SFI in?

We should not be looking on the solely on the more number of affliliates joining from Country A, Country B etc. We have to see which country producing more business, i.e., more active affiliates. We don't need dead/virtual people joining, we need real people who really want to take our business to the next level.
So we should be focusing advertising on those countries where we get more "real" people.
How do you get your affiliates to approach their SFI business realistically, like a real business, and not some get unrealistic rich quick scheme?

You should understand that no business in the world has developed, flourished and succeeded without effort, investment, dedication and a long term view. "Quick Get Rich" schemes are only exists in the virtual world and if such schemes exist in the real world they must be unreal/fraud. SFI is a genuine/real business and need your real effort, time, dedication and investment. So treat this as your own business and give your best to flroush and succeed.
What is your advice to those who want to pursue this business but have limited time to invest into it?

SFI can make your "limited time" (which you are not able to take out now to invest in SFI from your 24-hour day) "unlimited" for you and your family. If you want to manage your own time and be your own boss you have to invest some time now.
Choice is ours, do we want to invest some time now to free our time in future or spend our whole life with limited time for everything we love to do.
Why is it important to have a good SFI account photo? And what makes a good photo?

Your account photo should be as real as SFI to your new affiliates, friends and others in the SFI family. "Picture speaks louder than words", so having a good picture in your account is a must to earn respect from your affiliates.
A good photo means it should be your neat and clear picture, not any superstar, scenario or pet's photo.

When you become a team leader, you should lead by example. Your team (PSAs & CSAs) should feel that you are there to help them at any time for any clarification. A leader’s success or failure is completely dependent on his team’s success or failure. So to be successful as a leader you should teach them how to become successful with all your knowledge, skills, guiding them to use different tools, trainings available with SFI. You need to communicate with your team on regular basis.
On top of that you should be trustworthy. Trust is very vital in this business because no one wants to have a team leader who is not true to his word.

Explain him/her the ethics, business philosophy of SFI. How can you be an SFI Team Leader if you're not a born leader?

I don't believe in the concept of "born leader". No one born in this world as a leader. A child born to a family with no leadership background in the family whatsoever can become a top leader in his lifetime. In the same way, a child born to a family with great leadership background in the family could become a very poor leader. There are lots of example you can find which supports these 2 theories.
Leadership is a quality which you can develop in your life. To become an SFI Team Leader you no need to be a born leader. SFI has provided us with so many materials/trainings to become a great leader. Leadership is an art and quality which each one of us in SFI can develop and become a great team leader.
So just forget whether you are a born leader, but have the faith that you can become a great leader.
