Too much communication and unnecessary in my perspective are those that are insisting to affiliates that they must do what is written in the message, neither giving options nor open for discerning what can be done by the receiver according to its available resources. Messages that are dictating and pressuring instead of offering help are not taught here in SFI business because they are just making the concept of SFI more complicated in the perception of prospects and new affiliates. In addition,

Hello, this is one important question.
The only thing that creates a good relationship between you and your affilliates is communication. I don't consider sending messages which could turn them into better sponsor of their own to be too much. The only thing I will say gets too much is when you keep pestering them to make EA. Its your duty to truly help them become EA which is necessay but instead of pestering them make a contest available for only EA2 and above. Discussing your family issues

As in any business communication is key. That being said it isn't the communication itself that is unneccessary. Sometimes if you see one of your downline struggling you may need to send them a slightly different message containing information tailored more to their needs. Always be cautious of giving too much detail, especially if they are still new. Bombarding them with all of the aspects of SFI can be overwhelming and discouraging.

Send new affiliate a welcome message to introduce yourself and let them know that you are there to support them.

After that contact them once a week and offer them your full support and find out what their plans are with SFI.

Don't harass them with email to upgrade to EA. Just continue to email them once a week.

Once they become EA qualified and above... you can contact them more often to mastermind and share team strategies.

Dear Catherine,

Do not exaggerate in team communication.
Once a week is enough to send a team Mail.
If you have working members themselves will ask for help and advice.
Then your job is to help them.

I want to do this, I'm learning.
When I have a problem I ask for help from sponsors.
I think this is the only way to communicate with a team.

Greetings. I wish you much success.

What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Theoretically once a week sufficient for message (Team Mail), but it you should feel if any of affiliate would require more.
Taking too much communication can induce is contrary reaction, except when the affiliate interest. In this case, we can not leave without answers or solutions.
Taking too much communication might seem violent, and in the beginning, overload, confuse, beginning

Thank you for this question.
I think every communication that we engage to our team is very important unless if it is nonsense or the topic is personal or out of the business. Everytime I send message to my team, I make sure that it will make them become positive in life. As much as possible, I try to encourage them by sending them simple tips and simple greetings.
I hope this will help. thanks.

Communication is a medium to reveal the information, so there is very important to communicate in SFI Program, because for the first time user does not familiar for this program, and what is the goal to maintain for user position, so as a team leader, we should help them to put out the necessary information for let them know what’s are steps should be, I give me as exemplar, for the first time I saw this program, I blur, and blank, where I should do to gain more VP, so by communication with my
