I’m myself also for the first time I was a Bronze Team Leader, I got the affiliates, they are inactive, when I sent the email, they did not respond to me, but I ‘m not feel frustrated , I try my best to keep up them with sending the valuable message, some tips that remind to them to come out with action to gain more VP and compensation, my support sentences that I always to show that I always with us “Please feel free to message me, if you have any kinds of problem. That’s very important we must be patience, commitment, and just stay cool babe. In others, probably, you can offer some gift like TC credit for drive them to more passion on this SFI Program.

Communication is a medium to reveal the information, so there is very important to communicate in SFI Program, because for the first time user does not familiar for this program, and what is the goal to maintain for user position, so as a team leader, we should help them to put out the necessary information for let them know what’s are steps should be, I give me as exemplar, for the first time I saw this program, I blur, and blank, where I should do to gain more VP, so by communication with my team leader via email, so I’m clear and got the function of SFI, so for me communication is necessary if you highlighted clear and means for the user.

For your information that ECA is products is sold by the Affiliates, and of course if to attract the people to look up the products, you must post the strength of products, promotion such discount or maybe some special gift,likes buy one free one, or you waver for paid-shipping. Who's get to see the news post, someone register SFI program and triple click members, if you would like to attract more to visit the ECA products, you buy free gift cards, and distributed to people and ask them to go the triple click site, automatically they'll go on this triple click, will check each column and see the ECA.

As a leader is not easy is quit hard to lead some down line, but if to maintain with performance work hard, commitment, always to reveal the good communication and provide the good information, and build the friendly relationship probably the down line feel confidence, and feel confirmable with us. Be a leader as SFI team, you just must show yours informative with giving what the down line should be target, such as, checking VP ledger and do the lists, do the daily VP, then advise them to do the duplication and remind the checking in Triple click for auction and ECA products. Touching about more supportive, probably you will give reward or some gift for your down line, such as who’s be achieve the Executive Affiliate, will be received 10 TC from you.
