Do not exaggerate in team communication.
Once a week is enough to send a team Mail.
If you have working members themselves will ask for help and advice.
Then your job is to help them.
I want to do this, I'm learning.
When I have a problem I ask for help from sponsors.
I think this is the only way to communicate with a team.

Each member has an equal chance of that,only depends on him whether the opportunity and take advantage of.
I think the secret of successful leaders in their perseverance, dedication and not giving up.
They are committed to their teams, cheer them, brave, and assistance in problem solving.
Read, learn and build on as individuals and leaders.
And most of all, do not expect overnight success, they are patient.

What do you do with affiliates who never do anything--despite your constant encouragement and offers of support?

Do not be discouraged.
I have some in my team who do nothing, or are beginning a little work and disappeared.
You can encourage them a million times, , they will not work.
You just give up on them, as they gave up on you.
The dedication of those who work, and this simply forget.
