Am happy to see this question,apart form been an SFI affiliate,i think this has to be generally answered and as far am concern,there are somethings we should have in mind as follows

Have it in mind that the first impression you make at your new job counts for a lot and can help set you up for future success. To hit the ground running from day one, we offer the following suggestions and advice.
Before i proceed,let me ask you some question

Did you show up on time?
What are you wearing?
Do you display confidence and charisma?
Do you seem overwhelmed or ready for a challenge?
How well do you communicate?
What personal ideas did you put in your business?

Create a to-do list notebook -Like calendars, to-do lists are an easy but highly effective way to organize your tasks. There are a ton of different formats and styles of to-do lists. So make your own research for a way that makes sense to you, or simply write things down and cross them off when they’re done.

Don’t talk about how things used to be done at your old job- If this isn’t your first professional job, or you’ve had an internship in the same industry, don’t keep letting people know how you used to do things at your last job. Comparisons, even those that seem innocuous, can feel insulting to your new associates, annoy them, and put them on the defensive. It makes you seem more like a smug outsider than someone happy to be on a new team. .


Take the initiative in introducing yourself- So take the initiative in meeting others by yourself. Don’t put the onus on your downline;remember, you’re coming into their activities, not the other way around. One of the keys to success in your new business idea will be networking with others, building trust with your co-workers, and learning how to operate as a team – and that starts on the very first day.

i really, really LOVE this question,this is based on the effectiveness of such an affiliate and the no 1 key to making it in SFI, that is, DUPLICATION, if such a person in is first month sponsors at least 30 PSAs ,who are effective and working just like their sponsor and at the same time becomes a team leader, the sky is just the beginning for a person because he will earn enough perks and bonuses for himself that within few months he/she has become very sucesssful in the business and those in the business would be wondering how he/she came to do about it......i hope this helps

Well, it is simple.

"All the fingers are not same"

Please note that in a class there is only one teacher teaching (output) to several students at one given time but intake would be different. That is why the grading also differs.

I myself do not like to compare people although it has become a part of life. Compare class mates, work mates neighbours, family members etc.

I think what important is that ever one plays an active roll in their own way.

Important is not who comes first in the race but participation.

This is a very good question.
The number one reason why that is so is because some people have bigger dreams and are more determine for those dreams to become a reality.
They are consistent and focus.
Others do not believe that SFI could work for them.
They take longer for their believe to increase and for them to take action to determine their destiny.

Measurement of success of each person is different. This differences caused by the way to set a strategy and how to look at business opportunities.
and none has the same business strategy, the strategy of a successful person is not necessarily the same as the strategy of success from others, and may not be suitable if we were doing.
We can learn from the success of others and we take that works for us.

It depends on the readiness and the enthusiasm of an individual affiliate, Some people are naturally quiters, while some would need just a little push, but the go-getters are the daring ones and they can break any barrier to succeed. Even when there is no support from any quarter, they take out time and make use of everything at their disposal to make it. It actually applies to every endeavor in life.

I would say,it is because some of us learn about this business online and you get a Sponsor that you don't know and never met before,therefore the communication is not as effective as it is with the person you know and see almost daily.It takes a little longer to understand.

It also depends on how influential a person is in his/her community.It also depends on how open-minded your community is.Some communities are very scheptical when it comes to internet businesses due to some understandable reasons.

People have different financial strengths to invest in this business concerning Standing Orders,purchases etc.

Duplication and referrals make this business grow faster.I could say it also depends on how active your downline is because I have 15 co-sponsored affiliates and 12 of them never bothered to complete even one action and their last log in was when they joined.One has managed only 225VP in the past three months and the last two only managed 5VP and the10VP and their last log in was on the day they joined.

I am one of those that takes long to find success. I think everyone's personality being different approaches things differently. To some it comes naturally through promoting and advertising the business. For others it is looking at options, considering best approaches before moving forward.
Success is not giving up and putting in everything you have into the business.

Dear GTC Katona, in my personal opinion I would say that the difference between faster vs. slow earnings reside on your strong sense of faith! in other words if you trust in the system there will not be nothing to stop you to get what you believe is yours! but if you have lack of faith the Universe will give the same negative power and will act against you! In other words you have to be positive, stronger and persistent than your negative toughts if you want to succeed on every new entrepreneuring challenges! Remember the practice make the Masters!

I think this is because of a combination of circumstances and personal skills such as the personal situation, the time available, experience in online marketing, personal vision SFI business, organizational skills, time maximization, daily work focus on what really gives you income and take charge not being swayed by the routine.
