One, I'm proud of being able to do something for myself without having to look up to anyone, and not just something, but something PROFITABLE!
I hold a bachelor degree in Chemical-Engineering, have two kids and have not worked since I got married. I am so proud that my husband acknowledges the fact that I never will settle for being a liability to him by working and earning income on my own.
This is funny, but I'm so proud of the fact that my husband being an IT guru is always coming to me to ask, HOW DOES THIS WORK?, WHAT AGAIN DO YOU HAVE TO DO?, HOW DOES THAT AFFECT YOUR COMMISSIONS?, even though he knows just about anything, but this internet business, I'M NOW HIS MASTER AND TEACHER!, I am so proud of that.**winks**
I'm so proud being an SFI affiliate because it's not a SCAM, it's REAL. What you do is what you get. You can't cut corners, you are rewarded for your hardwork.
You choose your own path.
I can go on and on, yesterday I got a message from an a2a friend saying that he's motivated seeing my badges, wow, I was and am still proud of myself.
It's simply awesome being an SFI affiliate.

What you do is NEVER GIVE UP ON THEM!!!

Like one of my team leaders advised me, you just continue to encourage them, even though they are not responding. You never can tell who actually would wake up from his/her slumber and becomes a gem in the long run.
He, himself was inactive for a year before he finally took to SFI and now he's a don here.
So, just be there for them, your persistency definitely would yield some result someday. We all know the rule is ;work with the workers; but you can't afford to give up on them so easily, if you are digging or mining for precious stones or treasures, I'm sure you won't just dig the surface and leave, of course good and durable things don't come easy. The same way, keep mailing them after-all it costs you nothing.

Obviously from your question, the quickest income can be generated by recruiting ECA's.
This is so because most PSA's are inactive, and generating any considerable income is out of question.
PSA's will give you the residual income only when they have become active and have been taught duplication or they have chosen their own path to financial success, while your ECA's with good products start yielding income as soon as their products hit TC and start making sales.
Moreover, I'll advise that you work on both.

Don't be pushy or too demanding, but, as a matter of fact I'll advice you be a regular visitor at the forum, check the board index for topics on which you needed help and you'll be amazed at the treasures waiting for you there in the form of answers to questions bugging your mind.

It's quite simple, infact I logged in using google search yesterday because my browsers were not responding.
Just type in www.sfimg.com, you'll see results pop up, just look for (can't remember the exact phrase now), SFI...Make a second income, click on that and it takes you directly to SFI log-in/register page.
If you're already a member, log in directly and you can as well register if you are a visitor and would like to know more about SFI or you want to join rightaway.

It depends on the readiness and the enthusiasm of an individual affiliate, Some people are naturally quiters, while some would need just a little push, but the go-getters are the daring ones and they can break any barrier to succeed. Even when there is no support from any quarter, they take out time and make use of everything at their disposal to make it. It actually applies to every endeavor in life.
