let me start by saying this ,for a downline to keep moving and have the believe in his or her sponsor /teamleader,i believe is a task.
A team leader must frequently and constantly respond to such a downline request and support them.Though, a lot of highlighted area has been stated from SFI admin to assist and encourage both a team leader and downline member.In this regard,its also the responsibility and duty of a good team leader to be carry the downline member along with the new update and ways of getting more versa point i.e basic page,todolist,wave3 and other important area.
Many downline get tired or quit when their sponsor/ teamleader refuse to attend to them,s they get bored and difficult for such downline to continue and if care is not taking,such downline may call it quit,and you can encourage your downline financially, through this means ,such an affiliate will love to be an SFI affiliate

thanks for this question,it is an additional benefit for an affiliate to have his or her personal website in other to reach other people or affiliate outside there.i will definitely advise an affiliate to have personal website base on series benefit and more also,the more people are viewing your website,the more chances you have of getting referral.
There are many ways to build your own personal website,for starters and likewise to reduce cost of building,i will advice an affiliate to have a personal blog page, this page will enable you to post both message and any item you want to sell or any service you have for the viewer. thanks

Before i proceed,let me ask you some question

Did you show up on time?
What are you wearing?
Do you display confidence and charisma?
Do you seem overwhelmed or ready for a challenge?
How well do you communicate?
What personal ideas did you put in your business?

Create a to-do list notebook -Like calendars, to-do lists are an easy but highly effective way to organize your tasks. There are a ton of different formats and styles of to-do lists. So make your own research for a way that makes sense to you, or simply write things down and cross them off when they’re done.

Don’t talk about how things used to be done at your old job- If this isn’t your first professional job, or you’ve had an internship in the same industry, don’t keep letting people know how you used to do things at your last job. Comparisons, even those that seem innocuous, can feel insulting to your new associates, annoy them, and put them on the defensive. It makes you seem more like a smug outsider than someone happy to be on a new team. .


Take the initiative in introducing yourself- So take the initiative in meeting others by yourself. Don’t put the onus on your downline;remember, you’re coming into their activities, not the other way around.
