this is a very tackling question, and I will break it as follow ......
First:i will ask them what they really hoped SFI would do for them ;so as to know the area of concern and how to convince them
Secondly: i will ask them if quitting is the best option for them and why
Thirdly: i will bring before them my personal experience because i have come to learn that people love to hear true live experience or testimomy
Fourth : I will bring before them my strongest sponsoring tool ; the EARNING CALCULATOR and I believe that by the time I have completed these processes ,there will be a change of heart of such an affiliate

Step 1: Always login into the website everyday
Step 2: Always provide updated and correct information in your website
Step 3: Always follow your every post, so as to comment, update or delete if necessary
Step 4 : Never forget ti always upgrade your website because people love improvement

As to what i have praticed,first you need to know what that CSA or PSA needs at that very instance that you are offering assistance because you will not want to offer a reward or bonus to an affiliate who does not know how to use it or who needs another sort of assistance.
Furthermore, there are various ways to which you can help your financially challenged downline,you can provide Tcredits in which they can use to purchase items on TripleClicks or on pricebender penny auction and so on,Re-assigning of functioning affiliate who would boost the mindset and business of such a downline from giving up, also you can offer them Gift Cards in which they can use to purchase items in the TripleClicks store, they will also earn VersaPoint on their purchases.
Above all provide them with the right and resourceful information that will transform their business and always make them realise that you will be there to provide help if it be within your capacity whenever they need your help,also keeping an active line between you and your downline is also advised because that will reduce or bridge the gap between downline and upline.......

VersaPoint is SFI virtual stock currency made available to the its members or affiliate, also I will make them understand that VersaPoints are the main value exchange that determines your payout and perks including other bonuses .
After making them have an undersandingof it, I will proceed by telling them that without VersaPoint, their growth in the business is limited , also I will make them understand the various ways of accumulating them, I.e daily,weekly and monthly actions ,also the Miscellaneous VersaPoint,sponsoring point e.t.c

This depends on you and your family members as long their own individual accounts that is being operated by themselves and also I advised the use of separate browsers so as to not receive suspension for Opening multiple accounts and also Since trust shouldn't be an issue ,you will be able to convince them about the opportunities in the business.
Also, all sponsoring method should be used to boost the rise of your team and effectiveness.....

Just as the name goes, MEMBER REWARD POINT,this is SFI/TRIPLECLICKS ways of giving us a little reward for our efforts being put into the tripleclicks section,although there is more to it, as i would even love to explain more about it
However, Member reward points ,otherwise known as MRPs, are exceedingly useful and its main objective is that ,you can use it to purchase items on the Tripleclicks store, the items listed in the tripleclicks store have their various prices and almost all have their member reward point (MRPs) value and also makes it easier for affiliate to operate on the base easily
Furthermore , these MRPs are rewarded to affiliate for their various actions done in both SFI and TRIPLECLICKS , as an affiliate can receive MRPs from purchasing products,sellings products, bidding and so on ,they are useful and at most times helps affiliate scape through business pressures and all sort

At first, i will love to say that it is a great sponsoring method as well as the benefits involved for the affiliate who tcredits are being assigned to are encouraging and also in the hands of the right affiliate who has complete understanding on the total uses of Tcredits and what they stand for,this will initiate a standard working downline .
Moreover, just as i said earlier , its a great way of sponsoring affiliates, as this provides the encouragement that our various downlines needs , this is a prove to them that SFI is not a scam and if such an affiliate puts the tcredits to effective use , the benefits are unlimited and therefore beneficiary to the sponsor and upline team leaders .
Furthermore, once this occurs , a better sponsor-downline communication structure is built as the confidence and attention of such downline as being secured ......thanks

it is really not easy, and just like i tell every member of my team ,the three main KEYS as i like to call them to become an operational effective rejective-proof affiliate are:
(1)KNOWLEDGE
(2)PERSEVERANCE
(3)DETERMINATION
without these keys , rejection from people or organisation might disrupt the mindset of a potential affiliate and also , i recommend that we should always have at the back of our minds that sometimes people dont realise good and profitable opportunity when they see it and also remember you will only be feel rejection when you are not sure of what you have to offer......show those people the benefits and manifestation of the business by working harder to make feel remorse and finally ,bringing them back into business they once rejected.

this is very simple , just like the first question i ask every affiliate of mine when they newly join SFI, i ask them "WHAT IS YOUR NUMBER 1 GOAL", though they all give me various anwsers and i wonder sometimes what other people in life think about their various goals .....,
However, in SFI, we need to ask ourselves , what does SFI has to offer ,when we know that, making goals will be as easy as doing any other thing.we have the question of how many PSA, PRM,PRM SALES ,LEADERBOARD, CLASS TABLE AND so on,these goals should be carefully set with the intent of fulfillment because only that reminds us of what we initially wanted for ourselves when we started the business
Furthermore, lets not forget that the gials we set are also our plans , and executing these goals means working out a plan and as the saying goes "if you fail to plan ,then you plan to fail".i.e we should always plan ahead in other to carefully setting the goals we are after in SFI

A very important and effective question you have here......
At first, the effective of this affiliate is also a factor that we should consider, if the person is a persistent and effective worker , then we can move to the next phase , that is, duplication.
Furthermore, we then ask the affiliate if he/she wants to earn more with SFI, don't be surpised if that question prompts the affiliate to ask you for your share of knowledge towards making more cash in SFI, then you simply explain to him/she what DUPLICATION stands for in the business and also what it can earn such a person..
However , in doing this , also make them understand that they cant make it alone and also make them see the light in what "TEAM" stand for , that is , "TOGETHER EVERYONE ACHIEVES SUCCESS" and what it can really do for them and the perks and bonuses involved in it, and when doing this always try your best to provide accurate anwsers and information because people sometimes always look for the smallest excuse or doubt to get turned off. And one of the best ways is to share your personal duplication skills and testimomy with them telling them they can be like you and even better if they work towards it
